Do not go to this auto shop. I had previously been taking my car to this shop for over 2 years, but my latest experiences with this shop will be my last. My emission's system in my Honda CrV has had issues since July and I have brought my car into this shop 5 times, and these people have had my car for a total of 13 days in their shop. What this has led to is costing me over $600 in repairs, their mechanics installing a defective part on my car, and then making me go to a Honda dealership to identify that they had installed a defective part (This is after this shop had my car for 4.5 days, them driving my car to E, and then telling me nothing was wrong with the car). Please do NOT go to this auto shop and give them your money.

Travis was really fantastic. Great experience - long wait but I came prepared, so it was expected. Very thorough and transparent communication (new brake pads, rotors). Definitely recommend.
