Don’t know why I hadn’t given this place a shot sooner. From Lois at the counter to the mechanic I spoke with, they were both very polite and knowledgeable. For what I needed done, I felt they got the job done in a timely manner. Would definitely go back.

My favorite location! Lois at the front desk is SO kind and always takes good care of me. Prices have jumped a little in recent years, however I always get exceptional service when I'm here. The last few times I've been here for an oil change I was in and out in 30 minutes.

I had to get my car towed there to get a new battery replaced. When I spoke to them on the phone, they mentioned a battery that was $200, I asked if there was a cheaper one, and they said yes, and I advised them to go ahead and use the cheaper one. When I came to pick up my car, as it was towards the end of the day, they were about to close, and I'm presented with the bill for over $200. It's not what I signed up for, won't be going in the future.

I went in for an oil change. It was completed quickly even though they had to order a filter and have it delivered.

if i could give zero stars i would. My girlfriend went to this location asking for an oil change and was already pretty pricey (understandable) but then she was told she can’t be given a certain type of oil because they don’t have that weight of oil. My girlfriend is not mechanically intelligent (like most people) and so she asked for an explanation but the people seemed really irritated with her so she just went with the available/higher priced oil. When confronted about her air filters being dirty (not even that dirty) they seemed irritated again when she declined service on those bc the pricing was already higher than usual so they went and put them back. But when my gf was leaving the auto shop her AC blower fan started making a noise that wasn’t being made when she came in so she went back to tell them. When she told them it was making noise they said “it is because your air filter is really dirty you need to change them” . So my gf decided to leave because they were being irritating and she just didn’t feel welcomed there and the fact her car is now making a new unusual noise. So when i get back in town from work she told me to check it out and i did. Only to my surprise to find two perfect unbroken leaves laying in the blower fan under the air filter. Now tell me how can two fully sized leaves go through those tiny little vents and into a air filter without being broken? I’ve been to precision auto tune before at different locations so i don’t think it’s a company thing, it’s just sad seeing somebody who doesn’t have a lot of knowledge in the mechanical industry being taken for granted for a sales quota or whatever sketchy stuff is going on at this location. Bad business gets you no business and will not be going back.

I got my oil changed on a Friday afternoon. Then I wake up the next morning and oil is leaking from my vehicle. I go Saturday morning to their location and of course they are closed Saturday and Sunday. What a disappointment. I was giving them one more chance from previous visits, but that was a big mistake. I say zero stars

I've taken my vehicles here for many years. The technicians will actually troubleshoot before they put parts into your car. I only wish they were open on the weekends again.
