Not a surprise to rate this shop five stars, knowing the owner’s integrity. Every work done was well-documented, with pictures showing why some parts had to be replaced, and others could wait. Definitely not one of these paces where, if you listen to the mechanics, you’d be better off buying a new car. Staff was very polite, knowledgeable, and courteous, and work was done on time. I was told to expect to have to wait up to two hours, I was out 30 minutes before that time. I highly recommend this place that is also very nicely priced.

Had the struts replaced on the rear hatchback door. Price was within range, work was good, NO UPSELLING, and friendly staff. Can recommend them to anyone.

If you’re a female senior citizen stay away. Very rude and impatient. I brought the car in because there were three engine lights on and it was sluggish. I signed paperwork I shouldn’t have because it wasn’t explained properly. After I picked up the car on the way home all the lights came back on and it wasn’t running any better. I called when I got home and was told to bring it back. When I brought it back I was told they would have to charge me again. That’s just greed and taking advantage of an old woman. I decided they weren’t getting another dime from me and I left. Took it to another mechanic that my nephew knew. As soon as he opened the hood you could see that a part wasn’t put back properly. I was told this was the intake manifold. He put it on correctly and secured it with the screws that were laying on top. I was charged $700 for labor, shouldn’t that include putting screws back on? I sent Precision a text with this information and they were almost hostile. He said no one there would have taken the manifold intake off. So basically calling me a liar. I’m 68 years old and have never removed any car parts. So I guess I’m in for a fight. I don’t deserve to be treated with anger and hostility. I did nothing wrong.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are professional and I love the text updates with a link to a detailed results of the work performed. I had an alignment done do to a tire blow out. Rather than just do the alignment they inspected all my suspension components to ensure it would hold and that nothing was damaged. Very honest business and I highly Recommend them!

I have been coming to Precision Tune Auto Care for around 4-5 years now. Carlos is fantastic. He is always straight forward with me about repairs and is very informative. Whenever I have an issue with my car these guys take care of it in a timely manner. They go above and beyond. I took my car in to fix some issues/pass smog. Not only did they fix my car but they also mounted the button mechanism to roll down my driver side window that has been broken for a while. I would highly recommend Precision Tune Auto Care to anyone looking for an honest/reliable shop.

I had a good experience at Precision Auto. I particularly appreciate that I never feel pressured, they run an evaluation of my car, inform me of the needs, priorities and I choose which to repair. I'm left in the driver's seat.

I loved how easy the process was to get my vehicle into the shop to get inspected. I knew I needed a hose that was leaking from the radiator and rear brakes as they were grinding metal on metal. But they had a no pressure policy towards the inspection and service on the vehicle. I knew I could trust them to make the repairs and they got the items ordered and then installed in two days. My car is now back on the road and in tip top shape, minus a few minor things that I still need to take care of, but as you know those will be taken care of at a later date and I will be using Precision Auto Tune to do those!

I have been going to Precision Tune Auto Care now for several years and can't say enough about them. Very professional staff and always on point. The idea that they are able to diagnose any issues with your vehicle and discuss your options is great. So many other auto shops are about taking as much money as possible from you and not truly concerned about finding the root of the problem and fixing it. Do yourself a favor and stop by to see these guys and treat your car to a royal purple oil treatment. You can thank me later!

Alex is the office manager and he did not hesitate to accommodate me quickly to resolve a screw in my tire. Not a big job, but the level of professionalism and a kind staff made me feel really good. If they can do such a great job on something small, certainly this is the place to handle all issues. Thank you!!

The service was absolutely amazing. They definitely went above and beyond any car shops I know. I’ve lived in five other states amongst the USA. Alex was extremely informative of explaining everything including the text messages they send you with pictures and etc. Extra bonus I love the inside. It was warm clean and the Christmas videos set the mood🎄🎅🏿. I would absolutely recommend Alex and Carlos who assist me. Certainly, comintback again. Thank you guys!
