Went to get my car fixed over charged me went to get a second opinion and this is what the second opinion had to say: Shop that replaced the transmission cooler line did a poor job and overcharged. There is still oil everywhere and the other transmission cooler line may be leaking. They also didn’t connect the intake hose to the intercooler correctly and it came off. This is the cause of the poor running and engine codes.…. Very disappointing overcharged me spent $700 while the labor was $609

Had a negative experience, multiple red flags, two of which that could have ruined my engine. They have a new manager, and he was nice. Paid for brakes, radiator flush, a new belt, and oil change. -Was told their brake machine is down, so they cannot resurface rotors, only replace. (So regardless of rotor condition, you pay for full replacement or just don't get them serviced at all). I opted for this, and brake job was done well. The belt replacement was good too. -Before I paid, I notice invoice indicated 5w-30 oil was used, but my car requires 5w-20. When I pointed this out, a gentleman sitting in the back came up and explained that the system rings up 5W-30 because it has a problem and they cannot change it but then he showed me their handwritten service order form that had 5w-20 as the oil used. He assured me that it was 5w-20 and not to worry. (How is there any way for him to prove that they still didn't put the wrong oil in anyway?) -After paying, I inspect my vehicle outside. I immediately notice a radiator fluid handprint on the front qtr panel, and when I popped the hood I see radiator fluid splashed all over everything. Hoses, wiring, fans, engine, everything. And then I was shocked to see the radiator fluid reservoir was completely empty and they had not filled the radiator back up with fluid! -I immediately went back inside to alert the manager. Then the gentleman who came out before, quickly returned again and became confused. He began telling me no, my radiator was overfilled with fluid when I brought it in. I then told him no, I brought it in low. We sorta aruged in circles then the manager stopped him and said no, thats the wrong car. You are thinking of another car thats not his. Then the man from the back apologized, quickly came with me to see and he confirmed they in fact made the mistake of not refilling the radiator and also getting fluid everywhere. He took the car back and corrected the issue. Gave me my car back clean and fluid refilled and apologized. -I just purchased this vehicle, and the mistakes made could have resulted in my engine being destroyed. Had I not checked before I left, had I trusted this place and just drove away happy, my vehicle would have overheated on me soon after and it would have been ruined. -I am very disappointed with the service I received and feel extremely lucky that there were no further mistakes that could have damaged my vehicle. I still don't know for certain if they even put the right oil in my engine, especially after all the other mistakes.

This guys are extremely terrible. I took my car there for an oil change last years April with zero issue. Upon taking it home, it turned up an engine light. I took it back there for a diagnostic and they told me it may be my cover gasket. I got that fixed and later they said I need a new turbo, I got this fixed as well. Later they told me it’s the high pressure fuel pump, I also got this fixed. Another recommendation they gave me was to get the high pressure fuel pump connectors fixed. All this fixes lead to nothing and upon taking it to other mechanics. They mentioned that they have tampered with my engine which in turn caused my oil leak problem. This guys are complete scam, and I’ll only advise you to never go up to them for anything including oils change because all they’ll do is only make your life harder. I’ve spend up to $6,200 in repairs due to their slimy business model.

On 19th December 2024,I had a jammed pack day of errands. First stop, car would not start. It happened once more. After praying it would start i knew just get me to Precision Auto. Chief who had always helped when I had my Kia was there to assist. I have a Nissan now. After a few he knew the culprit and cornered the part. Fixed Long story short, thank you Chief and Mr. Chuck, the manager, for your patience and determination to get me rolling. Great Service..thank you __________________________________ I've been a customer at this location over 5 years. Ivan and his staff do excellent work.Always honest. This last visit Ivan& Keith were very helpful.

I had never been to Precision Tune Auto Care but my car was taken right in to be serviced, the technicians were courteous and knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable!
