I have been going to this location since I moved to Greensboro in 2018. Whenever I first started going there, the shop was amazing. The shop manager was incredibly friendly, the work was high caliber and done very quickly. Even when we took my girlfriend's car in and the folks there couldn't figure it out, they were able to give us a workaround to keep the car on the road and running. This last trip, however, was incredibly disappointing. I had stopped in Thursday about an hour before close and was told that dropping off a vehicle was no longer accepted. It was later clarified that this only applied to overnight drop offs (even though there is still an overnight drop-off box mounted to the building). I had arrived at approx. 945a and had asked simply for a state inspection. The girl behind the counter, who had no identifiers or business cards, was dark complexed and had black hair. She was the same one who informed me that drop-offs were no longer allowed. She had then said my car should be in a bay in approximately an hour. After being told I didn't have to sit onsite, I walked next door to McDonald's for breakfast. I returned 45 mins later to see my car hadn't moved. Not unexpected. What was unexpected was seeing people that came in after me get service before me, even one to the point where I hear the gentleman (who the girl at the counter was WAY more friendly with than me) said he just needed a re-inspection and he had to get to work, so he hoped it didn't take long. At that point, I had been sitting there for over 2 and a half hours. His jeep was pulled right in. I asked the girl when my car was to be serviced and was told it was next. I saw 3 other cars come and go from various bays, including the one where I found out they were primarily doing inspections from. After 3 hours and change, I became upset and, while trying to deal with an emergency situation at work, loudly explained my situation to my colleague. The shop window was open and I am certain that whoever was on the other side heard it. As soon as I was off the call, the girl from the front desk came back, moving quickly, and addressed me directly saying she was going to see when I could get serviced and why things were taking so long. My car was pulled into the bay at 115pm and I was finally given my car back around 2pm or a little after. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine taking my car for a simple state inspection would take over 4 hours of my day (from 945 until 200p). With the conversation I had with the girl the night before, I was lead to believe that I had to be on prem with my car the whole time, so I did not arrange for a ride. While she treated me with professionalism when addressing me, I feel like I was shoved to the back of the line at any chance that either she or other techs could do so since I had come in the night before and she seemed to not be too happy that I had questioned her and came in the next day questioning her about the night before and the drop-off policy in general. I was recommended to this shop by one of my work friends that uses it for personal and work business, I have recommended the shop to several friends who now use it, as well as my girlfriend and many of her family. My girlfriend's car, which is on its last leg, has given this shop thousands of dollars of business alone. This has truly shaken my trust in this shop. While I believe this is a good company and would like to continue using your services, experiences like this make me think twice about recommending anyone to come there or coming back myself.

The receptionist has an Amazing personality & the gentleman that walked to my car when I leaving the day before went the extra mile to ensure I was helped. He was nice upon my return the next day as well as I was on a time crunch the day prior. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

Was there at 7:45am second in line for oil change and tire rotation didn’t finish my car til 11:45am and did not rotate tires. Need to get better at finishing jobs in a timely fashion.

I was having problems with starting my vehicle. Although it required repair by the dealership, Precision Tune identified the exact problem. This gave me great confidence in speaking with the dealership and feeling I would not be taken advantage of by a dealership.

I needed to do inspection today. And this was my first day here. Thank you all for the service……while Miss Syi was the best. She was welcoming, positive attitude and most of all respectfully. Definitely she was ready to help as soon you enter the building. So I will be coming back.

Shout out to Nate and the crew at Randleman Rd! My van had been sitting in park since March of 2024 because I feared the worst! Jay and Syi encouraged me to bring it in before the new year…..and I’m glad I did! Yes it needed a new transmission, but their connection to resources not only found me a great deal on a refurbished, but financing resources was provided as well! Needless to say, I’m driving “Ghost” again, and the kiddos are happy! Got that “new car” smell, smooth riding, no more stalling on stop and the “get-up-and-go” is unreal! Now let’s talk about that customer service! Can we say “service with a smile”! Syi can brighten any day, and Jay accepts “no bad news” with his “yes you can attitude”. Nate…awesome job on organizing a great frontline team.! The vibe in the building is great and I love to hear the back end cracking jokes as they work, and showing that team effort as I see them huddled. Great job guys and gals!😊
