Today I was stranded into 2 lanes of traffic, thinking I was about to get killed and a very nice gentleman named "JUSTIN" stopped and said what seems to be the problem? I told him my brake pedal was stuck and the truck would not move at all. I was beyond scared thinking I was about to get hit in oncoming traffic. Luckily, Justin lived behind me, and I followed him to his house and he fixed it within 30 seconds. I offered to pay him and he said., "no you do not owe me anything"! In todays times to meet someone like that you really need to hang on to him he is a KEEPER. I am dumping my present mechanic and switching to Precision Tune, obviously they have a lot of integrity and care about people. I am telling everyone and I am taking my 4 cars to Precision Tune. Thanks Justin for being my Angel today!!! Irish

Mr. Terry was EXTRAORDINARY! He was able to accurately diagnosis the problem, suggest a very affordable solution, order the part and install it within an hour! He also went above to educate me about how yo take of my car as well as reviewed a CarMax history of the maintenance of my car. Lastly he listened with empathy as I explained my lack of knowledge regarding cars. he didn't talk down to me or try to sell me on things I did not need. He was kind, educational, and helpful. This was the best experience I have ever had at taking my car in to get fix!!! Mr. Terry, you 45 years of experience and honestly has gained you a loyal fan!!!

I have two previous reviews that you can also read!! I have been going to this location for a little more than 4 years! After last time NOT ANY LONGER! They did not service my vehicle, sent me on my way as if they did! A little less than a few days after I overheated due to not having coolant which should have been topped off and no leakage should have still been full!! Read the previous reviews and you'll see all that happened. I have called and left messages and emailed to no avail!! So they just have an automative email for reviews! They don't really follow up or resolve the issue. My car with no issues going in is no longer running due to the mean guy going to the back and telling them to sabotage my vehicle! That is exactly what they did. And NO ONE is taking responsibility!!

This will be the last time coming here they have coupons for oil changes and add additional fees to make it where you're still paying full price . The one on Battleground let's people bump the line especially someone they know and have you just waiting . I qaa there before it opened and 35 minutes later my vehicle still was sitting .

Beware do not go to this precision tune or any other precision. Terry is a liar and his tech is an incompetent and lazy dirtbag. So in August I filled my car full with gas my clutch goes out less than a miles or later. Still managed to drive my about 3.2miles home and park in my sloped drive called got a quote $870. Car stayed parked until November I purchased upgraded clutch and and had money plus extra for install and extra parts of needed. Dropped it off like Thursday/Friday by Mon/Tuesday Terry says they got disassembled it needs flex wheel, release bearing, and slave cylinder. I told him go ahead cause he would have the parts that day I would have to order them he says should be ready next day or so. Didn't hear from them again until 1.5 week later Terry says they got it back together tech test drive on the road now he'll let me know when he gets back.Called back a few days Terry say clutch is spongy and hes having hard time bleeder air out slave cylinder I say ok keep my posted. Call back a few days later same thing clutch spongy test drove air still in system. Few days later Terry says McLeod requires stainless steel flywheel stock flywheel doesn't work.( Website doesn't say it's required it's recommend) but I order it deliver to them. Called few days later Terry says flywheel is in still air in the system I say ok keep me posted. Week later Terry says we got all the air out hes test driving it now just on the road no highway cause I informed him of the boost kicks in at 3000rpm and the 500mile breaking period on the clutch he says yes he knows it's on the instructions. Didn't here anyway for about a week. I call the girl answers says tech says he can't get into 3&4 gears it's rattling. I'm lost cause it's never had a 3/4 or any gear lockout EVER! I did a bad shift on low rpm but it still went into gear no rattle no lockout. Talk to Terry next day says he will test drive and see he thought it was only 3rd gear. He doesn't call back 2 days later I call he busy says he will call back 3-4hrs go by no call so I go there. Terry says yea I think it's the synchros but hes gone have the tech check something in the trans in the am. I go there the next morning. Terry says they got air out of the line everything is good except the synchros laughs and says mind as well upgrade to a tremac😑 me still informing I have never had any transmission issues or lockout in any prior and while the clutch was out. He swears everything on his end was done properly and that it's the synchros😑. So I get in the car immediately start searching transmission shop near, put in 1st pull up to bay door ask can they put air in my low tire. Says yea back up to the second door. Car will not go into reverse not at all. Tech comes pumps the clutch about 15-20times and gets it in reverse. I'm like I have never had to pump my clutch to go into reverse that is the lowest pressure gear how can it go into 1/2 not reverse😑. I also notice my gas light is on call was completely full when my clutch went out😑 call about 6 shop Aamco was the closest stopped got gas at Exxon drive str8 to Aamco about 5-6miles up the road. 3 days later Aamco calls says they didn't bench bleed slave cylinder and it's still air in the system he go drop trans and check there work. Aamco say clutch is burnt out pressure plate bolts where loose and air still in system😑 5-6weeks at precision tune for a faulty screwed up install they claimed everything was done right on their end Aamco fixes it in a week! But say synchros are bad so now I need a transmission.Terry completely undermined their screw and bad install and practically accuses me that my synchros where already bad, and it's because I'm supercharged, and that he paid for the couch and reinstall of their bad install but fails to admit they damaged my transmission in the process!😑 Then suddenly they never drove it on the road it was only in the parking lot and today I said I'm getting a lawyer for legal counsel for the situation now the didn't drive it all and my tank wasn't full when they got it😑.

I wrote the previous review also name Blake Dunn this is from my other email. I have contacted precision tune corporate office 3 times left 3 voicemails in two weeks time STILL NO CALL BACK OR RECONCILIATION OR EFFORTS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I have spoken with the district manager on 1/6/25 it’s 1/16/25 STILL NO CALL BACK NO RECONCILIATION OR EFFORTS TO FIX THE PROBLEM. And the customer service representatives that leave these responses to bad reviews (RONNIE)ALSO DOES NOT ANSWER OR CALL BACK OR MAKE ANY EFFORTS TO GET THINGS RESOLVED!!! JUST DONT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS AND IF YOU DO AND THEY SCREW UP WHICH THEY WILL!!! GET A LAWYER THEY CANT IGNORE A SUBPEONA OR LAWSUIT!!!!!!!!

I went for a oil change they took my car back filled out the paper and did not change my oil, neither did they top off my fluids. How I figured this out, you'll see, just keep reading along!! It should have alarmed me when they did not replace the next appointment sticker then when I went to get one, he brought me one with the wrong date, fuel info!! I just left, I already received belittling service and they completely dogged my vehicle. That was Dec 14, today Dec 22 my car IS NOT WORKING!!!! WHY........NO OIL IN IT, NO COOLANT AND NO NEW OIL FILTER OF COURSE AND LOOSE CAPS ALL UNDER MY HOOD. I am going to pick my mom up from Durham in route my car stopped after starting to overheat. I haven't driven since the so called "oil change" except back home from the place ( precision auto tune) to my house. This IS NOT ACCEPTABLE I WANT RESOLUTION!! Now my car is probably permanently damaged as it is stuck on the side of the highway! I guess the guy that assisted me at the register gave orders to not really service my vehicle!! Just because I have an older car doesn't mean to treat it as such. I previously used to take my GMC Acadia , my Crysler Pacifica's, Galant and other vehicles to this location and did not have these issues, although, there was a completely different staff during those years and vehicles!!! This staff MUST GO, very UNPROFESSIONAL, AND NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED

I went for an alignment. After the alignment my car started pulling real bad. Took it back and now they state it's a whole other issue. It's a coincidence it happen after they worked on the car. I just do not buy this story. Will have to take this further.
