I have taken my car to many places in Columbia and this has been by far my best experience. They were great at communicating with me, were willing to install parts that I bought elsewhere, had a very reasonable diagnostic fee, and delivered quick and friendly service. I will definitely be returning here next time my car needs work done!

I’m very appreciative for this place. Although unfortunately we did start off business with a miscommunication from both parties, WE DID come to a solution that was good for both. With that being said I didn’t use their services so I can’t comment on that, I can say that they take accountability for where they might’ve went wrong when they didn’t have to. OVERALL if their mechanical services are as good as their customer service then THIS IS THE PLACE! They work with you and are very understanding and super sweet! Definitely give them a try for your car needs!

I want to express my gratitude to Precision Tune Auto Care on Garners Ferry Road for helping me in a time of need. My tire blew out at the traffic light while getting off the interstate, and I managed to roll to their facility. They reassured me and put my spare tire on for me with no charge. I truly appreciate their help. In that moment, I didn't know what to do because I was distracted by all the traffic and worried about being stuck in the middle of the road.🤦‍♀️. Thank you so so much 😊!

I sent car here because AAA caused damage to my brake line Johnny felt the urge to go out of his way to tell AAA that the damage wasn't because of a j-line which is what tow truck drivers use. When in fact my car had an exhaust installed at this same shop a week prior to AAA doing the damage. Johnny told them my brake line had preexisting damage. If i had preexisting brake damage and the fluid was gushing out why wasn't it noted when the exhaust was installed. How were they able to test drive the car after exhaust install. The car is not drivable. When you pour brake fluid in the car its coming out the other end. Johnny than went on to tell me it had preexisting external damage. My question is if it had preexisting external damage when the car was there for exhaust install they would have noticed the brake fluid gushing out . there is no way i drove the car there with fluid gushing out also before returning keys they test drove car there was nothing wrng with my brakes no engine lights at all. If so there would have been notes on the account that stated that. The car was in the air if i had preexisting damage whether internal or external the amount of fluid coming out would have been noticeable. He went out of the way to tell them the tow truck didn't cause the damage. Im not sure what his problem is but he in fact has serious issues. Car was there a week prior and after getting it back i did not drive it because my kids lost the key. When the attorney put the receipts together and reports from other shops , someone is going to pay for sabotaging my car. For him to play the role of an adjuster when he is a receptionist its not okay

I recently had Precision Auto Care replace the alternator on my 2008 Honda Accord, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Took 2014 GMC ACADIA with several ac issues to be repaired. Paul, the manager, scheduled me for same day service in afternoon and after everything was serviced the ac was blowing cold again in both front and rear of vehicle. I was kept up to date and informed of each step of repair. Paul and his team there did a great job for an old veteran.

These guys are awesome, we are on our way to Darlington SC from Griffin Ga and started having car trouble. i called to see if they could possibly get us in, mind you this is a Sat afternoon, no hesitation, got us in, diagnosed and started to work, even saying they would stay past closing to make sure they got the work done for us. They are incredibly friendly, polite and accomdating even checking on us to see if we needed anything. I can't say enough good things about this place if you need car repair stop in, you won't be disappointed. They are amazing and treat you like family!!

Liars, cheaters, and scoundrels. I could've had a toddler replace my battery, yet these idiots did 1000 dollars in damages under the hood while they were at it, and lied about it after the fact. The MANAGER "didn't know" that overfilling a coolant reservoir is not a good thing, then promptly shut his cake hole when I offered to whip the owners manual out. In reality its more likely that he was lying, and was well aware of the fact that his guys can't even fill a coolant res properly. To top the experience off, this clown actually asked me "are you a mechanic.". 1. Yes. I work on diesel machines as part of my job, and 2. You dont have to be a mechanic to fill a liquid up to the line that the directions tell you to. People make ramen all the time.

No one likes having car problems, but whenever I do, I know the folks here will take care of me. I've never felt like they upcharge or try to sell me on things I don't need, they are expedient and honest. 10/10 would recommend 👌
