My engine light came on and within 24 hours I had an appointment to fix the issue. I was in and out in a reasonable time and the service was great.

I am highly disappointed! My husband dropped his car off back in early December for a weird smell coming from his car along with a wrong diagnosis from another car shop. No one has picked up the phone to call about any updates with his car! My husband has called them at least 5-6 times over a period of time and, the manager (David) has given the same excuse that they have been backed up. I understand giving businesses a little more time around the holidays because it’s busy but It has now been a month, with nothing! This is very poor service given no one has even looked over the car in a month! I do not recommended send your car to be repaired on at this place.

I was very pleased with my experience using this shop. It was once of the options available via my warranty and, to be honest, I was a little hesitant to use a "big name" shop. David runs a great shop though and was open and honest with me from the very beginning. Communication was always clear and prompt. I will come back here and would recommend to my friends & family

I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK, and I don’t appreciate being taking advantage off :( I would like to warn anyone looking into going to this place to get a second opinion on any work possibly being performed. I recently took my car here for an oil change and general inspection (as a 22 yo women, new to SC). I have no problems with my car besides that it’s getting old, but still under 100k mile. When I left my home state and drove here I also had no problems. David targeted me as a young adult and acted as thought my car was nearly going to break down due to rust damage. I don’t know much about cars but thought I could trust the “experts” to be honest and kind. WELL I WAS WRONG!!! I nearly left this place in tears as this man told me, “if I had a daughter your age in a different state, I would not want her driving this car”. In a panic I planned on getting the repairs done later that week. After talking to some locals, they told me about their negative experiences here and said I should get a second opinion. I quickly got a second opinion from this shop down the road who told me the part was in decent condition and I should consider getting it fixed in the SUMMER but besides that my car was in great shape for being 14 years old. I asked him for an estimate and it was HALF the cost as this place. I don’t know much about the area, but I know forsure this place will never see me again.

Great Customer Service. Austin welcomed me in and gave detailed information about VIP deals. Although I was going to walk home while my car was serviced, he insisted it wouldn’t take long & he was correct. Very informative guy!

I brought my car in today and left with a big sigh of relief! Fortunately, I was overreacting to my perceived issue. Anyway, David assisted me and was really kind and informative the entire time. The location is really convenient and is female friendly!

Mr.David ( manager) provided top notch service. I was early before they opened at 8am. David opened the doors early, I have a very demanding job as a plumber. He was able to get me In-N-Out in an hour. I will definitely be Recommending precision tune , auto care to friends and family. Thank you for a great experience.

I was told that I need brakes and rotors a tune-up a thermostat tires , my motor mount is loose I need filters even though I changed my oil once I do a little bit of time I know I have my car up and running thanks to precision tune.
