They were suppose to change my oil top my oil off and put air in my tires they didn’t put any air in my tires and so it make me feel like they prolly didn’t do the oil situation correctly either so want be going back there again

Un desastre. Cambie el termostato por 300$ llegando al establecimiento 12:30 y todavía no he salido y son 5:10pm un termostato,cambio de aceite y inspección 468$ no lo recomiendo . No se hagan robar con los precios y con el tiempo .

I got a wheel alignment, I waited about 2.5 hours when I was told it was a 1 hour wait before I said I would stay. Just a little inconvenience with my time.

2017 Chrysler. Pacifica Limited.My radiator Blasted.,and could not be repaired 7 o'clock that morning. I pulled over on the highway and purchased a radiator online. Because. There was not one radiator within sixty miles at any of the auto stores.The manager was great He allowed me to bring the part I had already bought.And explaining everything to me, what needed to be done? At 11 o'clock The whole front of the vehicle had to be removed to replace the radiator. They accomplished this Installation at 4 that afternoon.The Mechanics and Manager. and the price was great.I thank you.For getting me back on the road sincerely yours Mr. Willie Houston

Came in as a recommendation from others. Slightly disappointed. Very nice staff, but it seems they are not being honest about the turn around time. They've told everyone today they would wait 45 minutes. I was the only one here when i arrived with 2 cars already being worked on. I ended up sitting for 2 hours before they took my car back. Be honest about the turn around time so customers can make arrangements accordingly. It's inconsiderate to have ppl wait with false expectations. In total, I sat in the shop for 3 hours for an oil change & tire rotation. I'm glad I had a coupon and didn't pay full price. Seems like they need more staff at this Albermarle location.

I won’t be returning to this precision auto tune. This is the 3rd time a simple 30-45 minute oil change turns into a 2 hr wait still without my car being seen. Totally understand that workers are slim but it’s exactly that reason why they should have appointments and not this biased “first come, first serve” system. It’s inconvenient and ridiculous. Especially when you have to prioritize certain services over others. If you’re going to this location for an oil change please don’t schedule anything right after because you either won’t make it or will be late.
