I would give no stars if possible. Used this company for over 20 yrs and recently they claimed to repair a/c but within days it failed. Refused to refund. Took it to another Precision Tune in Durham who also claimed to repair it, charged more money and it again failed. Ultimately had to take elsewhere and new place said a part they installed was faulty. Have been trying for months to at least get some of the expensive repair cost refunded. Someone from corporate? (Vince Caswell) asked for invoices which were sent and 2 months later no response to calls or emails. Terrible customer service and terrible treatment to customers.

Professional - took care of my car & even did some research & and found that there was a recall on one of the problems that I needed fixed. That saved me some money!

I dropped my car off with a check engine light. The team member (Mac) that I worked with was able to quickly diagnose the issue and was able to repair it same day. While the repair took multiple hours, Mac was consistently providing useful updates regarding status until the repair was completed. I was able to pick up my car the following business day without any issue. Highly recommend working with this Precision Tune Auto Care. Great experience overall.

I came in for a simple tire plug and he gave me an honest response that it wouldn’t be worth it because of a nail that I did not know was in my tire and where it was located. I was going to leave and get a used tire but because of the service provided and level of care, my husband and I decided to purchase 4 new tires. I am big on customer service and it was a great experience at this location.

Unfortunately had to tow my car in since it would not start! The whole experience was nerve racking but from the moment I spoke with receptionist, Megan, my worries and concerns were put to ease. She truly made the whole experience smooth and professional. Not to mention the store manager, Mack, was also informative and very helpful. Mack was persistent with providing exceptional and timely customer service and made sure my vehicle was in safe and running order. Being a female, there is a lot of hesitation when it comes to car repair shops being honest and respectful but Precision Auto was top notch from beginning to end. I can now confidently say that they have a long term customer. I am very pleased with their service and my car is running better than it was before! Thank you so much to all who helped bring my baby back to life! A+++

I had a great experience at Precision Tune Auto on South Blvd on this past Friday ! The person at the front desk was super kind and professional, making the process smooth from start to finish. The tech who worked on my car was also very kind and efficient. The oil change service was incredibly quick, which I really appreciated. This location is definitely my favorite, and I’ll be coming back for sure.

I had taken my son to a concert 3 hours away from home and my car would absolutely not start the next day. The tow guy from Roosters who was awesome too btw, took it after trying multiple times to get it started and they worked it in like the professionals they are, an hour and a half before closing! Megan and Kevin are saints to a single Mom just trying to take her kid to a concert! Super nice, clean, and helpful environment. Excellent experience. Thanks yall!!!!

Mack was very welcoming and professional from beginning to end. The whole time being at the shop he gave me nothing but excellent service and was very transparent about every single detail about my car. I tell that Mack genuinely wants to help solve any problems and provide safe driving for any and everyone. If you decide to come to this mechanic shop ask for Mack. 10/10

They only are decent at changing oil!!! Otherwise they try to up sell u on stuff there promoting! Example if u see a stack of batteries in waiting room that what there going to tell u that u need a one of there great batteries!!! If there's nothing u can see stacked up in waiting room they will say ur antifreeze really needs to be flushed and replaced and ur in luck bc we have a special on that for $199.95 lol.. They seem like a reasonable priced place to get your oil changed but when it's all added up not the price they said. They'll say things like ohh u have a Honda that take a more expensive oil filter! Save ur self the head ace i went through and fine another place.....
