I have been going to Precision Tune for over 10 yrs. At first I was upset because they kept switching up and transferring their managers to different locations and I wanted to know why? I don't like taking my car to different places because if something goes wrong I can track it back to the last place that worked on it I was always going to the location on Albemarle Rd. when I met Malorie who got transferred to the Pineville location he was a great manager and a trustworthy Guy, then there were a few more after him , I said to myself why keep coming to the same place if the technicians are never the same? I sent in an email to compline and to my surprise, someone followed up it was one of the BEST!!!! managers they ever had his name is Tony he assured me that no matter who the manager was that my service would be fair, accurate, and honest, and if I had any problems I could feel free to call him and he has kept his word, so I will continue to be a loyal customer of Precision Tune and trust that they will do a great job!!! Good customer service. Matt is the greatest. Very professional and knows his job. I'm pretty sure promotion is in for his near future but please have him train the others. When it comes to customer service and knowing his job Noone can do it better. Thanks Precision Tune for Matt.

Best experience I had at precision. My first visit didn’t go as well but I appreciate precision righting there wrong . Workers ate really respectable and manager has is kind with a big heart and very professional I hope he always there when I need service.will highly recommend precision.

This location is very slow this is my fourth time coming in the last week and it’s at a 2hr wait just for oil change they will say oh it will be quick you next and 2 hrs later you still there

Always greeted when walking in. I've been taking my vehicles to this location since 2008. Matt is great!! Paris did a great job with my premium oil change and engine filters. Took lees than an hour!!!

Good customer service just bad service took my car to a shop after they worked on it and said their was a number of things they did wrong and they did something that cause other problems and all that after an oil change

Very helpful and friendly on the phone. When I called to see if I needed an appointment. They were able to see me as soon as I got there and the customer service in person was amazing. I was impressed and I will be back!

Took three hours to get a quote that I was too high. We could’ve saved everyone time by simply providing an estimate like I asked both on the phone and in person but they insisted I get an inspection for my brakes. Three hours later I was quoted for 280$ went around the corner to Mavis for 180$

They were professional, fast & honest. Marcus was a great help with answering questions, very friendly & assuring me about the maintenance of the vehicle I was purchasing. I got a great, honest vibe from the people & I will be going back to this location for services in the future
