I have been using this precision since 2009. I moved to Trussville 10 years ago and I still make the trip to forestdale for them to take care of all of my vehicle. They have since changed management however I get the same friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. I don't trust any other company with my vehicles.

Pleasant experience. Went in for an oil change and was given an inspection. Letting me know things that needed taking care of. The new owner introduced himself.

I got an oil change, tire rotation and a brake line fluid drained and put fresh in. And yeah it was expensive but they're very convenient to me and I'm not a big fan of the bigger or probably biggest one that does oil changes and that's just down the road from there and I was the only one there and they got it done quick. I need new brakes now but that'll have to wait until I get paid again and I will definitely be taking it there. Both employees were super nice and thanked me and have a nice day and everything. I would recommend. If you're in this area, I believe this is the best place to go.

I used the "services" of the Adamsville location in 2023. They were anything but professional. One slob came to me 5 minutes after they started an oil change and gave me their scripted list of items and services that I "needed". New wipers; they were 3 months old. You know the rest. I had to add transmission fluid and air up my tires as soon as I left their shop. Pathetic. I will never go back.
