PROFESSIONAL AND KIND drove all the way from Tangipahoa Parish to Baton Rouge for work. My car lost some fluid underneath the vehicle and it smelled AWFUL. I was scared and did not know what was wrong. I drove right up to Precision Tune Auto Care, they did a diagnostic and turns out my transmission fluid plug was gone. They fixed me right up and I was on my way. Adam and Ryan were the people I interacted with. They were both SO helpful. I may even consider driving all the way out here to replace my ABS module (which they recommended) instead of a local shop near me. After one stop here, I can honestly say I trust this shop very much.

Brought in my car because my transmission had gone out. I went through my warranty and he guaranteed me. A brand new transmission not used or rebuilt. My car was not there no longer than maybe a week and 2 days. It drives great feels like a very brand new car.

My father recommended this business after challenges with a couple of other repair shops. I am so grateful for the excellent service. Mr Truong explained every detail to help me understand what was needed. Even the kind lady waiting on her car had nothing but great things to say about her past experience with Precision Tune Auto Care. I am so pleased with the work done on my 2014 BMW. I will certainly be back if anything new occurs. If you are unsure about trying a new place. I recommend you try this for your auto repair.

Walked in to place and asked if I could get an oil change and tire rotation. The owner was very professional and said, of course. My maximum time there was abou 45 minutes. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable as the air conditioner was on. The owner also took the time to explain the pros of getting an oil change at 5k miles instead of 7500 miles. This place definitely gained a new customer.
