I've been bringing my vehicles to Precision Tune for the past few years for state inspections and oil changes. The staff have been friendly and informative with every visit.

I came into the shop on Friday, January 31, 2025, to get an emissions inspection on my Mazda. The front desk person (who may have been the owner or manager) was fantastic, and they had me completed within no more than about 5 to 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend the shop and I’ll definitely go back in the future for other auto repair needs.

Thank you Precision Auto Care especially to Ken who helped me out with my Honda Civic 2008! I needed to fix my steering fluid which was leaking and they gave me a good deal with decent price! They also fixed it the same day and pretty quick but thoroughly. I will sure come back here again!

I took in my 2008 jeep and they made magic work! They really know what they’re doing. They got my pesky jeep problem fixed asap and made sure I was fully good to go. No more check engine lights on! Yay! I will absolutely be using their services again.

Ken was extremely helpful and fought with my warranty to get my out of pocket payment as low as possible. He also let me know he hired an European car expert, which is awesome since I brought in my VW. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here.

They were great. My daughter was visiting and the ck engine light came on, she lives 3 hrs away. Got us in quickly and were able to fix the vehicle so my daughter could get on her way back home in just a few hours. So appreciative of the care!!

Updated: I had a check engine light on. Took my car in to have it diagnosed and was very pleased with the customer service and the quality of work they did on my car. Thank you for taking great personal care of my needs. Needed a inspection for my tags got in same day and wsit tome was not bad at all. Friendly!

I needed my car inspected and called 4-5 Jiffy Lubes and Take 5’s in the area and none had an inspector in yet. Pulled up to this place, was greeted promptly, my car taken back immediately and less than 20 minutes later I had paid and had my keys in hand. Fast, friendly, prompt! Thank you!

I recently went to a new to me Precision Tune Auto Care store to have my truck battery replaced, as they carried the brand I needed and I had gotten the old battery at another store that is now out of business. The battery was still under a 42 free replacement warranty, with 7 months left on the warranty. At the new PTAC, I learned from the manager that I needed the invoice for them to honor the warranty. He helped me contact the corporate office, and within a short time I had an electronic copy of the needed invoice. I was only charged the installation fee, and left with a new battery for under $40! The manager was very helpful, and I would highly recommend doing business with this shop. AS 11/20/2024
