Best workers ever. Always friendly and kind. Service is timing is reasonable. Updated review: sad I have to write this but after my last visit I have to find a new shop for my cars. After being charged 500 for the wrong part to be added to my car. The lack of knowledge let them skip over doing a block test and cracked my engine. The owner was no help. Now I have to spend more money going to court instead of coming up with a solution that made everyone happy. Very disappointed

I have a 2003 GMC Envoy and my check engine light was always on. Been going to Firestone for years but they could not fix the problem. I went to this company 2 days ago. While I was parking a gentleman named Carl came out and asked me what do I need. That kind of service just doesn't happen anymore. I told him what my problem was and he said come the next day for service to fix the problem. He totally fixed the problem and I would definitely recommend this business and I will continue to have my 2003 GMC Envoy serviced by this great company.I highly recommend it. People are keeping their older vehicles trust me this place will take care of your baby🙂

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, after sometime passed I had to give a coworker a jump one day , I discovered that the engine cover had not been reattached. Concerned, I called the service center to address this issue, but unfortunately, I was met with hostility from a staff member who resorted to cursing and subsequently hung up on me. I then spoke with the manager, who was equally unprofessional and dismissive. He insisted that I bring my car in for further evaluation, despite my explanation of the situation. When I arrived, both the manager and another employee approached me with a confrontational attitude, which was both intimidating and uncalled for. The manager took my contact information and assured me that the owner would reach out to discuss the matter. However, it has now been two months, and I have yet to receive any communication. Given my experience, I strongly advise against seeking service at this location. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer concerns raises serious doubts about the integrity of the services provided.

I'm not sure what upsets me more the fact that I took my car there for a simple repair and them blowing my engine. Or the owner Mr. Ash... Not assuming any responsibility or accountability at all. His only concern when he did speak with me was how this was bothersome to him and his family as they were on vacation. Meanwhile, my means of travel for my family vacation sits in his shop with new parts from his mechanic s prior install in attempt to fix and a blown engine .. This kind of behavior happens all to often and as a consumer I'm taking a stand. I've given him options and suggestions and they've been met with resistance and non accountability. I've asked Mr. Ash as a business owner to own up to his obligations to his customers.

My prior post was how I took my car back 4 times for repairs and each time my car was worst. Now Im faced with a blown engine that Mr Ash has refused to acknowledge. I have reached out numerous times in attempt to resolve this issue. When he did respond which was Friday after threatening him in court. His only interest was to state how he and his family was on vacation and took no responsibility or accountability for his mechanic blowing my engine. So while my vacation is cancelled he enjoy his and has the nerves to tell me how I'm messing up his vacation.

So I realize being "gaslighted" is a real thing. My sister came for a simple job and now the car is out of commission after paying out so much money. Men really think it's okay to take advantage of women. I am here in Atlanta visiting and the car I use is broken! Do better Precision Tune Autocare!!

I took my car in for a diagnostic. I needed front brakes & rotors. Karl assisted me through the process at the desk. Travis did the work on my car. Everything was completed efficiently. I appreciate the kindness & professionalism exemplified by both gentleman. 10/10 highly recommend!

I had just gotten my vehicle back from these gentleman and somehow I’m still doing repairs on it? How is it that you were getting paid to FIX my alleged busted motor mount and now I need an entire power steering pump with a reservoir because my vehicle absolutely cannot retain any fluid. Leave my car sitting ANYWHERE for 20+ minutes and it’s all drained bone dry. I don’t even want to mention all of the disconnected wires you didn’t bother to reconnect so that I could drive my vehicle safely. PLEASE PEOPLE IF YOU HAVE AN OPTION, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE MEN IF YOU VALUE IT

The lead Mechanic Carl is the best!!! One thing about Carl, Once he fixes your car, it’s fixed!!! He’s honest and fair. He has never stared me wrong! I’ve never liked mechanics because I’ve been swindled a lot with my cars I’ve had in the past, but Carl has eased that fear. I just bought a new car and instead of going to the dealership I will be going to him. Overall, this particular, Precision Tune is great customer service, and all.
