I had to have the Driver's side Door Handle replaced. I called Precision Import and they scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I took my Truck in and they made an excellent repair. I always go to Precision Import. They're the Best!

So called inspection stated items like windshield wipers and interior cabin air filter needed to be replaced. If the technician had taken the time to look, he would have noticed that these items had been replaced a week ago. And to make matters worse, they charged me $150.00 for diagnostics. I told them not to proceed and that I would return to pick up my vehicle at which point she changed her story and told me that it was recommended. ( not what I was told over the phone). What ever happened to honesty and integrity? How can I believe or trust any recommendations from your shop? I will NOT be returning any of my vehicles to your shop.

I’ve used Precision for a couple of vehicles now and their service is great. Very thorough and they communicate their findings to me every time before work proceeds. Their prices are fair and most importantly I feel as though they are very trustworthy. I’ve had them work on a 2002 Subaru Forester and a 2013 Fiat 500. If you have an import that’s giving you problems, give Precision Import a call.

Precision was just that…precise!! I needed to complete DEQ. I called them and no appointment was needed. They are friendly with a clean and comfy establishment. And they were fast!! I had a pretty frustrating experience here recently. I brought my 2010 Prius in due to a cold-start ICE rattle, which is a common problem on the 3rd gen Prius, often caused by a clogged EGR circuit which contributes to head gasket failure. I requested the tech check the EGR circuit for buildup and perform a leakdown test. I was essentially told the tech wouldn't check the EGR circuit because no codes were being thrown. I was told to pick up my car in an hour after the leakdown test. Well, I arrived to pick up my car and turns out the leakdown test wasn't done, my car was still locked in the garage and the tech went home for the evening. They did provide me a loaner vehicle, but that should never have happened in the first place. I was then told the leakdown test would be performed first thing in the morning. I get a call around 10:30am the next day saying my car is ready. But turns out the tech only did a compression test and boroscoped the cylinders/valvetrain. Not only did I not request/authorize a compression test, but the tech still didn't do a leakdown test. I was told they could do a leakdown test but it would have to wait until the following Monday. I ended up simply paying and leaving, but I don't feel as if I should have been charged for a service I never authorized. I also would have appreciated if the tech would have actually done the two things I had requested and was willing to pay for. Instead, neither of the services were performed. The front desk staff member was perfectly friendly, which is why this shop earned a two-star rating instead of one star.

Watch out for this guy!! Air injection pump was tampered with on my 2005 Toyota Camry 1mzfe v6 3.0L. This guy will tamper with other things to make you pay big bill to him later. My boss also got worked over by this shop & so did my dad. My boss is one of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of working for. They damaged her air injection pump also & it caused her transmission to fail eventually & guess who did the repairs! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! I SINCERELY JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND PEOPLE LIKE THIS. HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE NEED HELP & THEY GET THE IDEA TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OVER HELPING, THEY IS A SOCIOPATHIC PROBLEMS & SHOULD NOT HAVE A BUSINESS!!! YOU'RE WELL ON YOUR WAY TO A CLASS ACTION at these rates & thanks to google people actually can communicate with others reviewers

Did work on our 2002 MDX. They got us in right away and communication was great throughout the repair. They even offered us a loaner when the repairs took longer than expected.

Honest and trustworthy. Really happy I went there to get work done. I had previously went to Beaveron Toyota and they told me I had a huge repair ro be made. Got a second opinion at Precision and found out it was something else that wasn't as big as Beaverton said

The staff always explains everything to me in great detail so I can understand what is happening with my vehicle. I have a new to me VW that needed a new battery. Yes, I could have had a friend do this for me, but it was recommended that batteries be professionally installed. Precision got me in quickly , inspected the car, then called me back with the quote , along with a service recommendation for the car engine. The end result is my car not only starts up, it’s running better. Their advice paid off for me, and I’ll return to PIR for my vehicles in the future. Tracey was super nice, and I even got a loaner car!
