I’ve been on the hunt for a trustworthy shop in Miami and sadly Precision Auto Werks let me down.. I gave them full reign to diagnose my car, my $700 job turned into over $1500 - I got my oil filter housing replaced as well as my valve cover but asked if they could change my spark plugs as well since I’d remembered 2 were only changed by my previous mechanic & it was time. Rather than changing my spark plugs like I’d asked - they said “no” and wanted me to change my car’s computer which is coster an addition $800. I got my spark plugs changed by another mechanic and now the car is running smoothly.. I thought I could trust them based on the reviews but ALWAYS get a second opinions. I paid $100 for the spark plug replacement vs $800 for a computer I didn’t even need.

Had a very bad experience here. Took my new MINI for a front end fix after a small crash. They charged me and took forever in fixing the car, but they left it worse than it was. Took me more than a year and various visits and they could never get it right, I had to finally take it to the dealer. Horrible and unfriendly service, do not recommend. It was truly a nightmare

I don't live in Miami, but I work in Miami. Thankfully, I found Luis. My mini Cooper needed repair. Luis took care of it right away. Beautiful job! I'm coming back anytime my mini Cooper needs work while I'm in Miami!

I wanted to give a quick review to Luis, the owner and mechanic at this small shop. Thank you, Luis, for being extremely welcoming and knowledgeable when we brought in our car for servicing. Although the car presented some challenges, Luis was straightforward, efficient, and fair with the pricing. Thank you, Luis you left the car like new!

🇺🇲This business does not repair [or service] American cars." That was the response from one of his bosses when he rudely asked me what I was doing there. It's paradoxical that in the United States his business does not repair Fords. Even though the description of his business says that they offer oil changes and his own employees confirmed this to me, the boss simply chose not to provide the service after an hour and a half of waiting. The reason for the negative review is not because they supposedly do not provide a service, but because of the way they treat you. They didn't even offer an apology of courtesy or respect for their customers. 🇪🇸"Este negocio no repara [o da mantenimiento a] carros americanos". Esa fue la respuesta de uno de sus jefes cuando groseramente me preguntó que hacía allí. Es paradójico que en Estados Unidos su negocio no repare Ford. A pesar de que la descripción de su negocio dice que ofrecen cambios de aceite y que sus propios empleados me lo confirmaron, el jefazo simplemente optó por no prestarme el servicio después de una hora y media esperando. La razón del review negativo no se debe a que ellos supuestamente no prestan un servicio, sino a la forma en la que te tratan. Es que ni siquiera ofrecieron una disculpa de cortesía o respeto por sus clientes.

Luis does such a great job and makes you feel super comfortable. He’s honest, he knows what he’s doing and he’s fair. I know he’s not going mess the car up. If anything I feel like I get it back way better than before.

I don't take my car anywhere else but here. Always honest and doesn't try to sell you what you don't need. They also do custom installation. They are great and I highly recommend these Master Mechanics.

Luis is my favorite! He’s very easy to talk to. Isn’t rude or overbearing at all like most mechanics. He took the time to look at pictures of my car and gave me references of body work shops. Looked up likely parts and prices. He’s a very busy man but very considerate and patient. He’s extremely knowledgeable. Definitely will be back for future repair work.

The owner Luis very polite and easy to talk to. I TOOK MY BMW X5 here and he is very knowledgeable about BMW’s after running a diagnostic he immediately found the problem and fix it very quickly and efficiently . He had finished repairing my vehicle within a hour. Price is very fair and reasonable. He also gave me many helpful suggestions to help improve on maintaining the vehicle. I truly appreciated doing business with him . I am writing this review, because it was all the previous reviews I took a chance on bringing my car to him. I would highly recommend and I hope this review help others.
