Our regular mechanic has changed ownership, and we had some concerns over service quality. Since Poutous is so close to us and the reviews were very good, we decided to give them a shot and see how the experience went. I left an appt request online, and they called to verify, which was nice. They kept our car overnight while they checked things out. (Basically it needed brake fluid replaced and checked for leaks in the coolant system) They called back with a quote for the work, and I told them OK. They had the car ready to go within their estimate. I put some cardboard down in the garage and after a week it didnt have a single drop on it, so I know they got the work done like they said. Will definitely return for future service needs. In addition, while their parking area is a bit cramped, their waiting area is huge, and well stocked so you'll be comfortable while you wait. The three gentlemen i spoke to while I was there were friendly and down to earth.

I highly recommend that you bring your car to Poutous for your repairs. I recently brought my car elsewhere and they were going to charge me $1,300 to replace my break pads and rotors. The rep at Poutous informed me that I didn't need brakes or rotors at this time. They were prompt in checking my vehicle and they provided me with a quote of what is would cost when I do need to replace both the brakes and rotors.

Absolutely loved me experience. They came recommended by my mechanic in Austin who I have gone to for 15 years, im very nervous going anywhere else. Took my vehicle in for a suspension issues and Casey was my contact from beginning to end. He is awesome, personable, and he knows how to put you at ease! Great communication about what's going on, transparent pricing talk and an open discussion about what most closely aligns with my goals for the vehicle. Took it in Wednesday morning and it was ready (with my annual inspection added last minute - thank you!) by Friday afternoon. Glad to have been referred to you guys!

Great customer service. Came in for an alignment and was extremely pleased. They didn’t try to sell me other services or repairs. I felt like they’re honest. The front office has a homey feel. Overall a great experience will be coming here from now on.

They were very welcoming and kind, as well as inquisitive and understanding. They work efficiently and check in with you about everything. Over all a 10/10 customer service experience and 10/10 mechanical experience. I would recommend everyone come here for mechanical work, be it emergency, inspection, or just an oil change.

AMAZING! When I tell you I had an emergency and I was terribly scared I sucked water into my car…. They wasted no time to get me checked out and on my way. They took the time to analyze my issue and also provided me an honest review of my car. Ladies, I know we have issues with mechanics but you won’t have one here. Very honest, very helpful.
