Had to get my car towed to Walmart for what we thought was an issue with the battery, Walmart wouldn’t touch it because of a leak. Towed it again to Potranco Automotive. They attended to me quickly, game me a ride to my home and discussed with me all the concerns they had. They also worked with my warranty provider. They fixed the issues, did quality control and provided with recommendations of future needs. They also helped with other minor issues no charge!! Will definitely be using them for all my car needs.

We are more than satisfied with the service on our Tiffin Class A Diesel Motorhome. The staff is excellent. Steve the technician was very knowledgeable & discussed everything with us. Stacy, the Service Manager helped us every way she could with scheduling & parts. The bill was fair for the service done. The owner & his wife definitely have the key to success because their employees have been there for years & years and are happy in their workplace which carries through to the customer. Thank you so much for your integrity of being a quality service center.

We have been going to get our cars taken care of since we moved out in this area in 1998. The care and quality of work is amazing. We feel confident in letting them take care of our automotive needs. We have been told of what needs to be done now, and what will need to done in the future. They are very helpful and and very professional. They are happy to be working there and that means a lot. We have been going to this shop since 1998, our good friend Don was the owner at the time, he finally retired. Though we miss him the new owners Rudy and Cindy have been just as graceful as Don ever was. We recently took both van and truck into get their overdue maintenance and they were so quick and we received our cars back the same day. They are both back to tip top shape. I will continue to work with Protranco Automotive because they are honest and understand that everyone doesn’t have the resources to overhaul their vehicle every time it is taken into the shop. Things are done as needed with a full estimate and only upon your approval. The whole time they are in procession of your vehicle they are in contact with you updating the progress. I highly recommend this shop and hope that you Welcome Rudy and Cindy as the new owners.

My ac suddenly stopped blowing cold air. They got me in quickly, got to my vehicle in a timely manner, texted me updates, & write up what they found well for me to take to my insurance as it was an issue from the collision center 6 weeks prior. I appreciate them fixing my vehicle & being so diligent in ensuring my family's safety is their first priority. My dad has been using them forever & most of my family does. Now I have joined the family in using them as my auto shop.

been taking our vehicle for several yr to this place for different needs oil, struts, checks, etc. I receive one contact person when I drop off my vehicle to follow the vehicle progress untill finished. We get along great! once they state it's finished pick up and payment fast and easy. if I notice anything after picking up the vehicle the next few days they get my vehicle right back in, usually not needed. warranty on most work, for x miles/yrs. they are great at getting good products for my vehicle.

I was in Potranco Automotive to inspect my car for new registration and license purposes. Employees were super friendly and welcome. The shop environment was super clean and modern 👌. The service is received was super fast and they didn't waste my time.

Needed an oil change and a check regarding my car stalling out. I didn’t have an appointment so they said it could be 1-2 days before they could work on it. They actually got it in the next morning for the oil change and spent the whole day running checks to find out what the stall was. They couldn’t get it to stall out, so returned my car that evening. They gave me instructions on what to do next if the stalls kept happening. Thankfully there haven’t been any more stalls! The code check and oil change were very reasonably priced. I will go back to Potranco Automotive. They have good customer service and fair prices.
