sent in my cluster to them back in September and was not called to update me on when it would be done. I was told it would take 5-10 business days. here we are in December and I have tried calling multiple times per week and they will not answer or return my phone calls. at this point I am assuming they stole my cluster and have no intention to call me back or give it back. I'm out a cluster and no longer have the mileage accurate on my truck. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.

He supposed to fix my cluster on my 06 Prius had it with him for couple months he never call to tell me the progress. When I call him for the third time he told me, yeah your cluster is toast nothing I can do. Very unprofessional I will NEVER go there again and I will NEVER recommend this place to nobody.?POOR service and customer service

Called to see about repairing a tachometer, says to me that since it was a previous Canadian vehicle that it had to be programmed (which it doesn't), then says rudely that he doesn't want to get into it and says go to this other place in Washington, the cluster is in Portland, OR.

Doug was amazing!! He said he would get my speedometer fixed by a certain day and it was. Very friendly and affordable. Will recommend him to anyone that needs his service.

Our shop has used this company several times. Each time the work has been outstanding and the pricing is reasonable. I would recommend him for all work on instrument clusters.
