I had all 4 brakes replaced on my Audi S6 and not only did they complete this in 1 afternoon, but the pricing was also extremely fair. Niles and the team were very polite, and they were a pleasure to deal with. I will keep using them to service my Audi's!

I recently took my vehicle in with PMW for some recommended repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting my car back in top shapre. They took the time to explalin everything, provided honest recommendations, and delivered high-quality work. Not only was the service top-notch, but the turnaround time was also impressive. They offered to drive it home as well. I feel confident knowing the job was done right. if you're looking for a trustworthy shop with excellent customer service, I highly recommend PMW.

I had my glovebox stuck closed for days, called for some help and they got me in within an hour of my call. Abby, Emily and their tech (whose name I never got lol) were all incredibly helpful and were able to solve my problem super quickly! Also shout out to their shop cat.

I’d rate 6 stars if I could! Emily and Abby were beyond helpful with my VW Golf! They let me know what everything that needed to be done, either that day or what could be saved for later repairs. When my car was taking longer than expected, a loaner car was immediately offered to me (even though I didn’t need it.) The kindness and service here is unmatched, I cannot recommend the team at Portland Motor Works enough!! Thank you for helping me get back on the road!

My experience with PMW was beyond phenomenal . I went in to check out the shop and the place is immaculate ! Niles the owner then spent quite a bit of time just taking with me about the issues we were having with our X5 . He took the time to make sure we understood what the process would be and how they went about things there at PMW . This was All prior to making an appointment . That type of service there’s days is rare . So I scheduled the appointment . Emily and Abby at the front desk were so friendly and beyond accommodating ! I was constantly kept up to date on what was going on and was told of everything that would incur price wise . They held true to there quote . Also during the work a couple issues arose in which I was informed of immediately , and they took care of them . PMW is an absolute 1st class outfit and buisness , and I 100% trust them . That absolutely know there job and execute it with precision , class , and kindness . They have gained a client for life . PMW … there beautiful people !

Professional and courteous.Excellent communication. Needed work and findings are documented, photographed and reviewed in detail with an approach that is extremely informative and professional. Options are reviewed and owner concerns/preferences addressed without the drama and urgency that many consumers experience with auto repair shops. First rate operation.

To keep it brief, PMW has turned an out-of-town BMW owner into a loyal customer who will undoubtedly return every year for routine maintenance and oil service. If I could, I’d rate them with 6 stars for everything—from the seamless appointment scheduling to the excellent service completion. I only wish PMW had a location in California; I’d bring all my cars there without hesitation. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend anyone in need of service to do the same! PMW is the place

Was disappointed that my car engine was in such bad shape due to known BMW timing chain issue with my model year (2015 X3), but am deeply grateful to the service team keeping me well informed of pros and cons and their sincere honesty. I trust them. They also spent a lot of time with me discussing my concerns and I never felt rushed. Would recommended them to anyone!

We have used PMW since moving here...when their operation was getting started. I have trusted Niles and his crew for many items, from mechanical to advice and repair after an accident. He always explains the issues and I know his pricing is fair when compared to the dealerships.

This was simply the best experience I’ve ever had at a shop. I have had cars for over 40 years and most of them needed to go in a shop for something. Not only was I treated exceptionally well from the first minute I walked in but it lasted all the way to the very end. I went in with what I thought was a gas leak and turned out to be a much more easy fix - they didn’t try to overcharge or tell me that I needed some expensive part-they just fixed it. Not only did they fix the “gas leak”that I came in with but they fixed numerous little issues and didn’t charge anything extra. This is a very special business, and I won’t be going anywhere else!

Best ever. 80 year old ex mechanic. Complete brake job on 2014 Audi Q5 TDI. Did exactly what they promised, on time, unlike the local Audi dealership, for $800 less than dealership quote. Now that my warranty has expired I can finally take my Audi to a shop that has experienced, well trained mechanics and a super friendly front office. Will do all future Audi service at PMW.
