Very welcoming place to buy services but when the tires I purchased from them wore down too quickly inside the warranty window I was met with more hoops to jump through and questions instead of answers. The process took a few weeks while the sales person at the front desk wanted me to come back several times to check tread depth of the old tires. They did eventually honor the agreement after speaking to a manager. This added an unnecessary amount of stress on myself, presuming I would maybe need to buy a whole new set of tires out of pocket. The time it took me to call repeatedly to try and get answers was unnerving and may rethink my options when buying tires again. Hope this helps.

When I was a very young man I bought my first set of tires from grandpa portor on credit I paid on those every week till I got them paid off.a. As time went on and due to some folks not being honest they had to stop doing that. But I have done bussiness with generations of portors and I have always been treated kind and they have never forgot me and great me as a friend. They always do the very best they can and if something is wrong they stand behind what they do.

Great experience buying my new tires. I was immediately greeted at the door and helped with choosing the right tires for my truck. I sat in their spacious waiting room while receiving speedy service. Tires are exactly what I wanted for my truck. Thank you to Fletcher and crew!!!

When Walmart told me it would be 4 hours to wait, I called Porter’s and went right over. Car was done in 20 mins. I will be doing future tire purchases there.

I have tried tires from everywhere and they were always inferior and over priced. At Porter's Tire's I always was treated with respect and the tires are of quality materials. And a plus for me is that the mechanics are clean and respectful.

Every time I've been here the staff has been helpful and friendly. I've had oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and new tires put on. The prices are reasonable and the staff will help you find the best deal if you're on a budget. All in all I'd highly recommend this company for your automotive needs

Did great,fast service,friendly, had my tire repaired quick only thing I needed was to install a tube which I supplied and mount tire on rim thought it was a little pricey but everything has gone up and was glad to get it repaired
