I would not recommend this place this old man Steve I know you been here for awhile man but you are lazy dude..so let me get this straight you just go off what you think when you work on cars or actual information that shows you how to I’m curious because I ask you how much would it cost for an oil change for my journey and you say it depends well when I ask you if you can check and you don’t have an answer and just say I’m busy really that’s a good mechanic!! If you ask me it kinda disrespectful phone call you need to retire

Took my vehicle in for the engine light Diagnostic. He fixed things on my vehicle that had nothing to do with the engine light.When picking up my vehicle it started hard, when I got home the light came back on. I was charged over 630 dollars. He changed 1 engine coil that cost 40 dollars. And one sensor . Then started fixing things that had nothing to do with the electrical. I don’t recommended this place. When I called the next morning he said bring it back . He didn’t say he would make it right . Not happy about the overcharge. And him just fixing things that had nothing to do with the light staying on.

Recently, my daughter moved to Riverside to attend UC Riverside. Her starter on her Honda broke down. I live in Palmdale so I researched several shops in her area. Porters had great reviews. When I called, these guys were amazing. Steve and Dave took care of my daughter's car and gave us a very fair price on parts and labor. Had her car ready very quickly and seemed very honest and upfront.I was very pleased. Thank you Steve and Dave !!!

This one star is for location; great location, right off the street. Good location. I went there to have my tires mounted and aligned, I'm not a big car guy, I'm not sure if these are the right terms. I went to the front office, no secretary/receptionist twas empty of life. Waited for maybe 8 minutes; then a man came up from the garage area. He asks what's up with the car or something along those lines. I responded that I needed to put the tires on my car. The man responded, "we don't do tires, you should go to a tire shop." I'm sorry Porter's garage; y'all should not put on your services that you do tires; then not do them. Jose valbuena apparently got his tire fixed a month ago at this location, since he put that in his review. So ultimately this place is lying garbage.

Good local garage. They treat you fair, are honest about the cost and time it will take to complete the job. If they do not have the time, they will not be at around the bush. They do quality work. Best review I can give. Even better, if a part they install is under warranty, they handle it. They will not pretend it was something else. They are honest.

Guys are always helpful, they don't make you have an appointment, they just squeeze you in. They always are able 2 resolve the issue without take days 2 figure it out.

Engine light came on after having thermostat replaced and a $5300 engine mount issue corrected at Dodge dealership. Was fed up and took car to Steve at Porter’s. Dealership cut hose and taped allowing an evaporation leak! Thank you for being professional and for excellent service!!!!! We will be back with all of our vehicles!

Fast and quality work done at this shop.I dropped of one of my vehicles for a abs light issue and they diagnosed it and repaired it the same day!I spoke with Steve and he was very professional and knowledgeable I highly recommend this place if you ever need any repairs done to your vehicles.

Horrible! I took my truck in and they said they changed my mass air flow sensor and the housing unit. All they did was replace the sensor. DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR OR TRUCK TO THEM.

These guys are amazing. Ive used em before when my alternator went out. Recently the check engine came on and went in explained it was time for oil change. Who is that honest now.a.days. i have friends and business owners that have trusted Porters for years. Thanks for being reliable and having integrity that most car repair places lack.
