I have been coming to this dealership for many years now and brought my 1997 Porsche 993 a couple of weeks ago for an oil/filter change. I also had the origin of the light oil leak investigated since it had been emitting a fine mist of oil on the garage floor during engine warm-up. My service advisor, Henry Quezada, who has been assisting me with my service appointments during my previous visits, has always been very professional and prompt in keeping me updated about the findings on my car. On this visit, I was informed that both timing chain boxes were leaking and needed re-sealing. It took two weeks for me to get back my car since some parts had to be ordered. Henry provided me with detailed updates as well as explained what was involved as to why the final invoice was much higher than the initial estimate. One short footnote I have is that I expect everything to be in place, no matter how small the item might be, and may look insignificant. Having the original parts that came with the vehicle is important in maintaining its value and functionality. Somehow, while working on the engine compartment and when everything was put back in place, I noticed that the fastener for the plastic trim on the rear engine compartment was missing. I showed the missing part to Henry and was informed that he would have to order the replacement. Other than that, the service provided was exceptional, especially with the video of the thorough multi-point inspection. Henry & Porsche Riverside have my continued support & recommendation.

Owning a Porsche is not cheap, especially the service. My 2019 Cayenne needed a new battery and Porsche is the only place you can get it from Henry Quezada worked with me on the pricing and was able to get the job done for something I was comfortable with.

Rob Owen and his team were great. Smooth sale with a fair price. Alexis was amazing with telling us all about our new car. He even helped with the tricky charging a few days later. Everyone was very kind and went out of their way to help us. This is the Second Porsche Cayenne I have bought a car here. We went from a Diesel to a Hybrid. The diesel was 9 years old and never a problem in 115,872 miles. It is still in the family. It was worth the 66 miles to get the car I wanted.

My experience started off badly when I dropped my car off for service at Porsche Riverside Service Center. They had originally promised me a loaner vehicle but said they were out of loaners when I dropped off my vehicle. Knowing they would have my car for several days I said that was unacceptable. William Barbaro was my service writer and he went out of his way to make things right for me. He had a shuttle give me a ride home and when they had a loaner vehicle turned in later that afternoon he had someone drop it off at my house. Service like that is unheard of these days and i'm glad to be part of the Porsche family because of this.

Although I was very disappointed that my vehicle was subject to a terrible mishap with the service I received, Porsche did correct it promptly before a disaster occurred. No oil. Henry Quesada saved the day with his professionalism and dedication to serve his customers. Thank you Henry.

Brought my car in for an AC issue and oil change. They were very quick to offer a loaner car and address my concern. Kevin Gonzalez was super nice and always acknowledged me when I was there even if he was busy. I especially like the video summation they give you about your car. Not sure they do that for all services but it was nice. Car was clean as promised when I picked it up. The only reason not 5 stars is because it took 2+ plus business days to diagnose and recharge an AC unit. But, I truly have no complaints and will bring my car back here again.

What a great experience! I needed to have some maintenance done on my Panamera. Researched some dealers and ended up going to Porsche of Riverside. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by William Barbaro. I mentioned what I would like to have done, went through prices (which were very reasonable), got my loaner vehicle and left. Later I received a call and a video inspection of my car. I was told that my ac wasn't in need of any parts but was simply a freon volume issue. Long story short my repairs were less than quoted and I got my car back quicker then expected. William was so honest and personable. Its because of guys like William that I will return to Riverside Porsche for future maintenance, repairs etc. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

The service manager William Barbaro was really helpful, I made an appt for service due to check engine light on but it went off next day prior to dropping off the car. I almost not gonna leave the car there but William suggested even though the engine light went off they can still check and make sure everything is ok. I’m glad I did that, because turns out O2 sensor was off or something and had it replaced. I’m grateful for his suggestion and glad I listened to his advice.

I unfortunately had a nail in one of my tires. Set up a service appointment, and was able to be scheduled ASAP. When I came in it appeared busier than usual. Despite the busy-ness, Kevin was able to help me immediately, get me into a courtesy vehicle without prior request, and they were able to get my tire changed the following day. I received immediate multi point inspection and issue review/video from the service team. Again, excellent service and customer service. Thanks again, Kevin and Porsche Riverside.
