Great service as always! Had an Engine control Unit failure code on my 911 Turbo S. Drove is straight to the dealership. They quickly diagnosed the failure fixed it and back like new in less than 24 hours.

Great experience for my first time as a new Porsche owner (recall service)! Joel and the rest of the service team were very customer-oriented and had the loaner ready to go. My service took less than a day, and communication/updates were given through text and e-mail. This is how ALL service departments at dealerships should be! I’m glad I found a good dealership, as the other I was using before was lacking (to say the least). Porsche Birmingham has a top notch facility with amenities (coffee cafe, merch area, and of course beautiful vehicles in the sales area), and understands the needs of customers, plans ahead, and executes flawlessly! You’ve got my business from now on! Keep up the great work, and happy new year!

Overall the service performed was timely and well done… however, after I left the dealership I noticed my air pressures were all messed up. I called my service advisor - no answer, no returned call or email. I called service the next day and was told to just put 37 psi in all 4 tires. Apparently he did not know the tires are staggered and require different psi. Finally, I just went to the Firestone dealer in my neighborhood and fixed it. No idea why my pressures were so low (car has 3K miles and no previous changes) but more surprised the service department could not help me!
