BEWARE!!! This is a very dishonest business. After balancing my new tires 3 times my car still rode rough. I took my car to another tire store and had the tires rebalanced. My car rode smothe. It appears they never balanced my tires. My friend stopped doing business there because he ask them to turn his rotors. When he picked up his car it was obvious the rotors had not been turned. Then he went back in and asked the Mgr. If the rotors had been turned. The Mgr said yes. Another friend bought new tires there but the the date stamp on the tire was old. The new tire had some dry rot cracks in the sidewalls. This is the type of business that will take shortcuts and sell old or defective products. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.

Pope Davis is our favorite tire place. They have always dealt fairly with us and even informed us that our ruined tire was still under warranty, which we were unaware of. Good tires, fair prices, no frills, and good workmanship!

Worst service ever had a bad trailer tire it was raining outside they refused to come outside and look at it because it was raining then refused to put my tire back on the rim for me after I said I would pay extra to get that done just to get it back on the rim so I can get out of the rain they still refuse to say no it'll be tomorrow before I can get you a tire so yeah if you have any type of problem you're not the place to go that's the store on hardscrabble road nothing positive to say

Terrible customer service. Got a tire rotation for 40 dollars. Didn't properly air the tires and didn't calibrate the TMS . In a new vehicle not calibrating the TMS causes th e anti lock brake Mal and Traction control malfunction. This rude counter salesperson didn't offer to fix there srew up. Also found lugs loose and improperly torqued. Terrible service.

Found ourselves in a situation that no one wants to be in. We had a bad flat tire on our way home from vacation. Not familiar with the area we had to call around to find help. They had everything we needed, directed us to their location, and delivered on everything they promised on the phone. They got us taken care of right away and we were back on the road in no time. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend!

My most rewarding venture with car repair! They told me everything that was wrong with my vehicle so I could decide what to fix. I scheduled the appointment and decided to fix everything. Very knowledgeable, trust worthy and reasonably priced car repairs. The check engine light is off!

THEY DID NOT TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS ALL THE WAY AFTER PUTTING ON NEW TIRES. Three lug nuts fell off of one tire 4 days after putting new tires on. A tire shop that can’t tighten lug nuts to spec is ABSURB AND INSANELY DANGEROUS.

Thought my daughter needed new brakes but they were ok. They cleaned them up, changed oil and found 3 nails in a tire. Great service and honest!

I took my car there very late afternoon to remove nails from my tire and they worked me in. Removed 1 nail and patched and removed other nail but said it did not puncture. So quick and very professional

Very poor experience here. They were unable to complete a simple spark plug change and kept charging for work that was not fixing the problem. Didn't even tighten the spark plug in place and replaced the wrong one. Good pricing but poor quality of work so you will end up getting the problem fixed somewhere else.
