Dropped off a small trailer for a flat tire on one side ...without a tube inside. Told them to just fix both. They installed tubes inside both tires and filled with air.. and did it very fast within an hour and perfect! They are amazing! Really great service!!

We were charged more than we were quoted so we had to return the next day to get the refund. That would be my only complaint. The service was done in a reasonable time.

Staff was very friendly and fit me in on a very busy day. They got it done by end of the day which was very appreciative. Prices were reasonable and staff made it a pleasant experience.

Was in town from out of state and had some unfortunate brake issues. Called up pomp’s and spoke with a gentleman named Greg, great guy. I explained to them what I had going on and how I needed it done as soon as possible due to having to drive back home 15 hours. He worked me in same day, dropped my truck off and within an hour not even he called back with the diagnosis and the estimate for the work. They got it done VERY fast and quick. Barely had time to sit and relax before I had to go pick it back up because they had it finished. Beyond thankful for Greg for working me in and the guys at pomp’s for getting it done! 10/10 would recommend was fair on pricing, fast work and friendly.

Was in town from out of state, unfortunately I had some brake issues. I called up pomp’s let them know what I had going on. Spoke with Greg, Great guy, said they can get me worked in same day. Called back not even an hour after I dropped it off and quoted me a price. Was a good price and they had it done about our later. Very grateful for pomp’s getting me in on short notice and getting it done so quick.

Pomp's in Janesville, WI is the greatest. Their service is superb and their staff is friendly. They accommodated me as a walk in when they opened at 7:30 a.m. and took care of me right away. They found the problem with my tire, fixed it and was able to fix my tire instead of having to get a new one. While I waited I was able to bring my dog into the sitting area so that we were out of the cold. Thanks so much for all you did and Greg at the front desk was very nice, helpful and helped make my unexpected stop through Janesville much better. Thanks so much

Pomps was amazing. We had a bit of back forth based on another shops analysis of the problem, but in the end, they got me under the previous quote and were very timely in the repairs. Greg was AWESOME!! Highly recommended Pomps as that will be the only place we go to going forward.
