I've been going here for years. I once had a flat a year to the date after buying new tires with them, they replaced for free. Needed a tire patched today and tried somewhere else closer to home, they told me they couldn't do it a demanded I buy a new tire. So we took it to pomps and they patched it with no problems. I don't care how far away I am from pomps, I will go here from now on, all the other places are scams!

I picked up a nail in my rear left tire. My coworker told me about this place. Service was quick being under 40 minutes. That was great because I wasn't familiar with the area as far as auto repair shops. The repair was a little on the high side but I needed my tire repaired. Normally I would pay around $12 to $15 for a plug. I'm told that they don't do the plug but use a patch. The cost is more like $31. But the service was good, so I'm satisfied.

This is the worst place I've ever been to have tires put on. Out of the 10 times I've been there all 10 I've been horrible experiences from damaging my car to trying to jack it up in the floor pan. So now they won't work on it because they say it has wheel spacers to the point he's arguing right my face over it. I take the tire off myself to show them there is no spacer And then he tells me I have to leave after I've waited in line for over an hour

Went for tire repair and immediately after leaving their facility the check engine light came on...i immediately called and talked to manager..whom agreed that yes sometimes that could happen and asked me to bring it in on that following monday.. after the tech checked it...said sensor was damaged but not their fault. Just happen to be on same wheel they repaired tire on. The manage said if the dealership said it was caused from tire repair they would reimburse costs. Dealership said in fact it was damaged. However pomps refused to pay or even help pay for repair. It cost over $300.00 for the repair!. I never had any issues until they repaired the tire.i know pomps caused the damage and i would never recommend them for anything nor will i ever use their sevice again. They need to take responsibility for something that was damaged while they were making a repair. BEWARE!!! Damaged the speed sensor

I'm a Uhaul dealer in Indianapolis and use Pomps when ever I have tire issues. Today I called to have a tire repair done and I almost couldn't believe it but they was here in like 20 minutes with superior service and super nice guys. I will always and only use Pomps tire service and also recommend to others.

First time at pomps. Made my problem worse, stripped my lug nut, told me there's nothing they could do and sent me on my way, leaving me with an additional issue I now have to pay additional money to have someone else fix. The shop did offer to fix it next day, but after pondering on my experience, I'm nervous to go back. No thanks. It was a simple remove one wheel and balance it. Failed to do so.

Got a flat on 70. Was able to make it to Pomp’s. They took great care of me - we’re quick, fair, and knowledgeable. Joseph, Tyrone and Tim were all great to work with. Highly recommend.

Commercial tire repair. Fast and professional. I've used them for my personal vehicle and they were fast and courteous. They had my tire repaired before I realized they were at my house.

THIEVES - Went in for a patch on a brand new trailer tire , worker pulled wrong tire off and replaced with a very worn tire (said he found a screw in it) (lies) then did the same with the tire that was supposed to be patched in the first place. Stole 2 brand new tires and replaced them very low tread extremely worn tires.

Went in for a simple plug replacement for a mower tire... Took an hour. Dude at the front desk was rude as hell. $24 for a $4 dollar part and air. Waist of my money and time

Is give this place a great review but both times I been there in the last month the gentleman at the counter was extremely rude, like I was a bother. Everyone was friendly but he ruins the vibe of the place for me.

I went there too get a tire put on a rim and I'm saying that it was fast and cheap 15.90 that was the best place in town and the person who did the work was very pleasant to be around.
