Julio was my go-to mechanic for over six years while I went to high school in Charlotte and college at UNCC. My car was very old, and I'd frequent Polanco Auto Care many times. Julio was always very respectable and honest, would take time to explain the issue in detail, and was very fair with his prices! If something unexpected came up, he would call first and explain before going ahead and charging additional costs. I have since moved from the Charlotte area but still recommend this shop to anyone who needs a trustworthy mechanic.
