"Yesterday, I had my engine oil changed at your shop, which took almost 2 hours. After driving home, I noticed that the engine sound didn't feel smooth, but I didn't think much of it at the time. Today, when I opened the hood, I saw that the engine air filter cover wasn't locked in the correct position. I'd appreciate it if this could be addressed."

It has always been difficult for me to trust auto shops and mechanics because I don’t have much knowledge about cars. Someone recommended Point S and my only regret is not knowing about this place sooner. Everyone here is friendly and honest. They don’t make me feel stupid when I say incorrect terms or when I’m trying to explain the strange noise my car is making. I highly recommend them.

They texted videos and photos of the issues they found with my car as well as an itemized estimate. Very transparent and ready to follow. When one of the new parts ended up being bad, they quickly rectified it.

Gib helped me with my car. It was stolen and recovered and dealing with the insurance to get everything repaired and taken care of was a drawn out experience. Gib made this situation as easy and smooth as he could given the circumstances. The shop repaired the ignition, door lock, and electrical damage, and did a great job doing so. The shop is a busy place (understandably so), and Gib did a great job communicating a timeline for repairs. He made this headache of a situation much better. We will continue to use them in the future for our maintenance needs. Highly recommended.

I got a small nail in my tire and normally a plug is anywhere from $10-$15. They charge me $31.80 saying that they had to patch it on the inside the tire was not that old a year old that I purchased from discount tires, when they called to tell me that my tire was ready, he’s gonna solicit me another $20 saying that my tire was inside out ! Ridiculous they overcharge. So now I have to go back on Monday morning when they’re open to have them to check what went wrong with their patch job that was supposed to be the most safest for the highway

I had all 4 tires and pressure sensors replaced and an alignment...These guys are amazing and fast and very reasonably priced. I was in and out of there in well under 4 hrs. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!
