Wow wat an awfull experience. I stopped in and bought 1500.00 worth of tires for my jacked up truck and alignment. They said 2hrs. I sat there for over 4hrs. They where locking the doors and most employees where gone. They said I was good to go but had problems doing my alignment. And right They where. Come back and will take care of it. On the way home I herd a noise and pulled over. Low and behold 3 of my tires where loose. Front driver side I can shack around. Center cap missing. So I went back to let them know that I had to tighten my tires on the side of the road he said there's no way. So I let them try to fix my alignment after all this and still couldn't get it right. After another 4hrs. These people r gana get someone injured. Go at your own risk. My whole family will buy our 18 plus tires else where.

I bought a set a tires for a 2017 Chevy Silverado and a 2013 Toyota Prius today. I was very pleased with a friendly knowledgeable staff who recommended me to the correct product. I will be purchasing another set of tires very soon for my F350 truck. GREAT EXPERIENCE/VALUE they beat out Walmart and Worley, tire on price and choices.

The Harrison AR Plaza Tire team made buying a set of tires very easy and affordable. They are professional, the facility is clean and organized and they got me in and out as expected. I went in because I had a slow leak in my spare tire. Turned out to be just a loose valve corpr. They took care of it. Aired my tire up and sent me on my way at no charge. When it comes time to buy tires because of the attitude and the friendliness of the staff.This is where I will go

Oil change and tire rotation in 90 minutes as a walk-in on a Sat morning so I guess not terrible. I’ve been in a few times previously and been very pleased. 4 stars instead of 5 because the gentleman helping me went out of his way to insult my vehicle three times. I’m 64 and that’s a first for me. I couldn’t believe my ears but anyway a strike on customer service. Still recommend. This was an isolated incident.

I had an appointment for 12:30 for an alignment and made arrangements with Derek. Derek understood that I had to be out of the shop by 2:15 to get to work prior to making this appointment. He was very accommodating when scheduling the appointment. I arrived to this appointment on time and waited several minutes before anyone came to the front desk. Derek showed up and told me that his mechanic went to lunch and would not be back till 1:30. I asked if he remembered making this appointment since we had arranged prior. He stated that he remembered but his mechanic had been busy. I stated that I understand but he could have at least called me if no one was going to be here for my appointment. I live almost an hour away and came several hours early before my work schedule to get this done. Sorry Plaza Tire , You just lost my future business. I may be just one customer but I do own 26 tires that have to be maintained on several vehicles and equipment.
