Wife called with a leaking tire, I rushed it in this evening with a flat at 5:29pm.(they close at 5:30) They STAYED open and patched the inside of the tire. Unbelievable customer service by the whole team. Thankful for them!!! 👍👍👍

Danny is the best, I can call him about any from tires to oil changes and he is always honest about what he thinks and what he thinks is best. I appreciate it because my daughters drop their cars there and he never charges for things that are not needed. I will always go to Plaza for this kind of service.

Had to wait a little bit because of how busy they were but not as long as I was quoted. They then got right on it and had me finished in a short period of time. I'm definitely pleased with the service I got and would definitely recommend them to anyone else. Their prices are very reasonable.

Danny and the team at Plaza are THE BEST!!! I called on a Wednesday afternoon for a last minute emergency service in order to drive from Fulton over 6 hours back to my home in Tennessee by Friday. From the very first phone call, Danny was kind, honest, and dedicated to helping me out. I was able to squeeze in on Thursday, and the team worked my Jeep in as soon as they could, having everything done by Thursday afternoon. Beyond the initial requested service, I'd also noticed an awful scratching noise in my wheel the night before dropping off my vehicle. Danny and his team jumped right in to investigation on this as well. At first there was some trouble finding the problem, but he called me to gather additional info, pulled my vehicle back into the shop again, and found and solved the issue. Afterwards he also walked me through what the problem was and showed me exactly where to identify the issue if it ever were to happen again. His exact words, "one way or another, I am making sure you get home safely on your drive." This hospitality, honesty, and dedication is not found everywhere. Danny didn't have to put in this much effort to make sure I was not only taken care of, but also felt safe returning to the road, but it was second nature to him to put in his very best and be as helpful as possible. I could go on all day about how great my experience at Plaza Tire in Fulton was, but all you really need to know is that you are in great hands with Danny and the Plaza Tire team!!!!

Plaza tire service was great helping me to repair my flat tire. They gave clear instructions and even checked other tires on my car. They are really personable and their prices are great. They really helped me out when I needed them. I would most definitely recommend their service

Fulton store has always treated me right. I always call to preschedule in November and week after school dismisses for the year. They honor Plaza coupons and even try to find better ones for the particular services rendered.
