I took in my Subaru in with several issues (head gasket, noise in transmission). They charged a reasonable fee to assess the issues and researched several solutions. Car is likely too expensive to repair, but staff communicated clearly about the results. I would use their services again based on their honesty.

Called a few days ago to make an appointment for my car to be looked at - it's having trouble starting intermittently. I was clear in what exactly it was doing when speaking with the person while making the appointment and the appointment was made. This morning, I went to drop my car off, only to be told by Ed that "since the check engine light wasn't on" and "it started/was fine for you to drive to the shop" and that "nothing would come up when they ran the code so they wouldn't be able to find anything". Ed was stating he wasn't even going to look at it. I asked if, essentially, I was being told that I needed to take my business elsewhere. Ed became very defensive and said he never said that. I was frustrated that (a) I took the time to drive my car to the shop when if the right questions would have been asked, I would have not wasted my time if I needed to take it somewhere else and (b) that he wouldn't even look at the car and was writing it off as a waste of time and (c) he LAUGHED when I told him it was okay this morning while starting. When I stood my ground stating he did in fact basically say he wouldn't be able to help me with my car and that I'd be taking it somewhere else (basically, cancel the appointment), he lied and was saying things he never said before as if they were part of the prior conversation. He mentioned that he said "don't be surprised if we don't find anything today" when he never said that before. It ended by him yelling at me and kicking me out of the office after I told him I was going to go somewhere else. He was very aggressive and rude. Be aware when going to this place.

A local car repair shop referred me to Tune Tech and said they were great. They could have not been more correct. Super nice and friendly staff. I was surprised how fast they performed the repairs requested and the price seemed very fair. They definitely will have my business going forward.

Overall happy with the work done and my car works great. Main issues I had was our finish date kept getting pushed back because of receiving the wrong part, realizing the needed a different kind of part the next day, realize after the weekend they needed a hose. At the end once it was done the price was different from what was originally quoted due to the needing of different parts but they never let me know the price would change due to the different parts having to be ordered under my warranty claim. Just wanted better communication so I could know before hand my payment doubled.

Stopped in because my car had a low on coolant warning, the staff was super quick and friendly, added coolant to my car for no charge and I was on my way in 5 mins. Huge thanks to Joe!! Appreciate it. #supercool

Well, I had a poor experience.... I brought it in for a whirring sound in my drivers front wheel. I paid for a drive and diagnoses. I also asked about trans fluid replacement/transfer case oht changeout. I was ASSURED that the "whirring sound was CUPPED TIRES" I got new tires, balanced etc. and was informed that it was BAD WHEEL BEARINGS/assy..... I essentially paid for a wrong diagnosis. When it was obvious. IDK, Unimpressed..

I had my truck at another reputable shop for 2 days, they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Tune tech had it diagnosed and fixed within a couple hours. Kelly was very professional and honest and friendly. Price was fair. Very good experience. Definitely recommend them.
