Never going back payed big amount of money for my suspension to be worst than how i arrived to them, left with lost parts from my wheels and the car making worst sounds. They act friendly like they are giving you a great price but thats not the case will be telling fellow coworkers to not go there anymore. If i could zero stars

If I could rate it a zero I would. I went in for an alignment and two used tires. Customer service was good in a sense of them taking care of the alignment, but when it came to the used tires this place thought it was a great idea to put two smaller dimensions of tires on my car. Granted the tires were a size 16 for the rim but it DID NOT match the height of the other tires on my car. Causing a high booty car and every light to come and my speedometer to not work. When I went back because of my concern, the gentleman told me to drive for five miles and the lights should reset. Well the lights remained on and the speedometer didn’t work, until I went to discount tires to now purchase new tires. Needless to say, I’m not happy about the service and lack of concern about my car after they assisted me. It was like you paid so we don’t care. Never again!

I had been here a few times before and had great service however this time my husband took his truck and they was supposed to do an alignment and tires they lied about doing the alignment because my son had changed the tire rod and had markings on it to put the rod in the way everything could line up as it should. The fact that they would lie about doing a service that we paid for is sad I will never go here again.

Stole $60 from me for alignment, NO RECEIPT, nothing was done to the car, steering was worse when I came out of there, very wobbly, and tires grinding. Horrible service, very unprofessional. Thought about going back to complain but I rather not bring my car no where near close to those people. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Very bad service, I took my truck for alignment it is a 4x4 ford and when they give it to me the light is on the 4x4 low board when I had NOT taken it and the assistant shook saying that yes, the boss of it saw it and said that everything was fine but it was not done and with a lot of fear that the transmission will be ruined Until my son helped me fix it. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL 👎

Yesterday I had a flat tire and was able to got 5 star service, the repair was done in twenty minutes and the young man allowed me to watch and explained exactly what he was doing, he stated that the repair would last until a new tire was needed. The shop was recommended by the kind husband and wife who stopped to let me know the tire was completely flat. Saved my tire and my rim. Feeling blessed and grateful.

No lo recomiendo, pase de emergencia a reparar un pinchazo, y me an cobrado 25 dolares, cuando en otros lugares no me cobran mas de 10, ademas me ofrecieron venderme un neumatico de Segundo uso muy excesivo el precio

Planet tire is a great place to take your vehicle. The guys get you in and out, and they treat you like you are the only person there. I highly recommend Planet Tire!

These guys are amazing! I was having trouble finding a tire for my daughter's car, she is in a wheelchair and needed it today. They went out of their way to help me. If you need a tire or brakes done go to these guys, for decent prices, and friendly service. You won't be sorry you came, I'm not, I feel truely blessed.

They are so unprofessional and they broke two of my lug nut when they where making tire installation. When I came to another tire shop they explained what they did and put the lug nuts crooked.
