Planet Nissan is the place I bring all my vehicles for any repair or oil changes. They are quick and efficient and never try and oversell me. Even though my Nissan never needs anything more than a oil change and rotate tires, I trust them and always buy Nissan products for my car

Always dishonest. One service tech says they always have trouble with these batteries (Nissan Leaf) and another says we don't have them in stock because we never have issues with the batteries. Second guy likely was being honest, but got caught throwing his fellow employee under the bus.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Mike is very rude and unprofessional. They had my car for 3 weeks and left the lot with all the same problems. Would not recommend getting service here at all.

This is my 3rd Nissan vehicle and the reason I stay with Nissan is not just because I really enjoy the car, it is because of the great customer service I always receive. From the sales people to receptionist to all the service men.

I bought my 2023 Sentra from here brand new. I have had it for about a year and a month or two. I went in for a regular oil change and was told that my airbag sensor was on, meaning if I got in an accident, they wouldn’t deploy. I’ve already been having issues with the tire pressure sensors going off once a week, which is really annoying and I’m spending way too much trying to fill them and turn off that sensor weekly. They said they’d check this during my oil change, and then said there’s no issue, but here I am with that light back on (not temperature related because it’s still over 100 degrees every day). Planet Nissan said I would have to pay them $170 to diagnose the issue with the air bag sensor, then that would go towards the cost of repair. So either way I’d have to pay the $170 minimum just for the diagnostic test, then most likely more to fix it. This is very upsetting that I’m already having issues with this car and I’m really regretting my decision to buy from this location. Something like this breaking so soon shows the poor quality and how they pushed that problem off to the customer instead of taking responsibility. It also took over 2 hours for an oil change and to fill my tires with air, even with my appointment.

I have been a loyal customer at this service center for the past four years, bringing my vehicle in for routine maintenance. However, my most recent visits have left me disappointed with both the quality of service and the pricing. I scheduled an oil change for my fiancée a day in advance and my own appointment four days in advance. Unfortunately, my fiancée had to wait three hours, despite having an appointment, and watched several customers who arrived after her be served first. It turned out that her paperwork had been completed, but the employee responsible failed to inform her that the service was finished, resulting in a lengthy and unnecessary wait. When she inquired, she learned that the paperwork had been processed, but the individual handling it had left without notifying the front desk or cashing her out. During my visit, I experienced similar delays. An oil change that should not have taken more than an hour lasted over two and a half hours. Upon receiving the bill, I was shocked to see a $35 labor charge for what is typically a 20-minute job. Paying $90 for a basic oil change is excessive, and to compound the frustration, I was presented with nearly $1,000 worth of "critical maintenance" recommendations, some of which had already been addressed recently elsewhere. This level of service is unacceptable, especially given the long wait times, poor communication, and inflated charges. Unfortunately, after these experiences, my fiancée and I will not be returning for future maintenance. While this shop used to be reliable, recent changes in service and pricing have led me to look elsewhere, and I would not recommend this location to others seeking timely and honest vehicle service.

I worked with Jesus and he was wonderful! Super nice and got me exactly what I wanted. I was raised not to trust car salesmen and i was worried that because Im a 22 year old woman he was going to do everything to get money out of me. He didnt! He was honest and nice and didnt overcharge me for anything or add anything to my car that I didnt need. He was super patient with me and easy to work with. I would definitely go back and I would reccomend Jesus everytime!!

I’ve been a return customer to Planet Nissan. I’ve purchased my last 3 vehicles here, and it’s for a reason: unparalleled customer service, unmatched understanding. I want to personally thank Mike and Bill for their incredible kindness and care - they bent over backwards to get me and my young family a safe and reliable vehicle at a great rate and monthly payment. This is the second time I’ve worked with Mike to get a vehicle from Planet Nissan, and he has never failed to make me feel at ease and provide me options that, at first, seemed impossible! Thanks again Mike and Bill! Due to your resiliency and patience, I cannot imagine going to a different establishment or brand for my future vehicle purchases.
