At 5:00pm I went to Pitt crew with an almost flat tire. They were so kind to air up all my tires, due to the cold weather they were all low. There was no charge and they were super nice and helpful!! I’ll be back !!

I had a valve stem break off on my truck recently and went to Pit for the first time. I wad able to walk in and drop my tire off within minutes. Service was quick and affordable while giving me different options. I would definitely recommend coming here for tire repairs!

Great service. I walked in and was told i could drop my car off and they would get to it as soon as they could. I was even offered a ride home if needed. My friend picked me up. Within 3 hours my car was ready and done! Great amd friendly service!

It's not every day your car gets totaled, but it happens at least once a week at the intersection this one. And with all the fine luck of the Irish I carry my truck was one of the ones that lost its life there. Of course a wreck like that takes an incredible amount of time to process in the police and ambulances and the tow trucks. In the meantime I was able to shop for a new set of tires for my wife's car take a bathroom break have some good conversation and we'll go back again when I need more tires. Recommend it if you guys need some tires I got good deals good prices. If you want to know something else be careful with that intersection

Not sure who it was that I just had a run in with in the parking lot, but for them to sit there and want to tell me where I can and can not park in a handicap parking spot needs fired. And not to mention you couldn't even park properly in your suite parking spot. Thank God I've never done business here with the rudeness not knowing if I was a potential customer.

Very unprofessional. Walked in and not greeted by the man names Derrick at the counter. Someone from the back came to the counter after about 3 minutes to finally assist me. I made my appointment last week for the synthetic oil change special yet, they had not recorded my appointment in their system. When I initially made the appointment, I informed them that I will be waiting for my vehicle so I was offered a early morning appointment only to be told it would be 1.5 hours or more for a oil change because they had a car in one of the bays from last week that was dead and they have to figure that out and the other bay was a lady that was there before me. I strongly DO NOT recommend unless you like wasting your time , bullcrap and run around. Pit Crew do better!

I called Pit Crew when looking for a couple of used tires. They didn't have the exact tire, but Sam sure did take that extra minute of time to see if there was a tire that would work for me. He explained everything to me. which was great. Sam and the rest of the crew were all friendly and were genuine workers who wanted to help. They didn't have "it's just a job" attitude. Also, they agreed to get me in 45 minutes before close without any resistance. I will continue coming here! Thanks guys!
