I went in with a promotional $20 off coupon and was told yes we accept that and they would take it off after the service. It was $39.99. He told me after, that it was already on sell and that he could only give me $10 off and not the 20. And after fees and taxes it was $41.08.??? If cash and $53.09 if buy Credit Card. So I paid cash. Do not go here. It is a scam. The oil filter is a knock off brand and who knows if i even got semi-synthetic. Probably some cheap oil. I will tell everyone I know and work with to stay away from this place. It's a shame too, bc i always try to help small businesses.

On 11/7/2024 I had oil change completed. Next day woke up to oil on my driveway. I returned and was told someone else must have changed my oil after them. When I told the gentleman he was whom changed my oil he lied to me explaining he was off yet his name is on my receipt that I provided him. He was extremely unprofessional. I did start crying because businesses now no longer take responsibility for their mistakes and place blame on someone else. I was told to talk to manager on Monday yet no one answers the phone. I feel at very least should have received refund or offered to clean my driveway. Stay away from this location!!!!

Came in close to closing and was greeted by a friendly, welcoming gentleman. He was efficient and informative. My oil change was a decent price, unlike other places I have been to. Its my second time here, I like the customer service, prices, and speed of service! Keep up the great work!

And to get my inspection They’ll get ya where they can, had to replace my windshield wipers cause they were lightly worn out in order to pass my inspection 😆 never again

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Had inspection completed and oil change. They even changed wiper blades I had in the car for me. I will go there from now on. No wait today. Very clean. You can even watch them work on the vehicles.

I remember the smell. It was.... Odd. One thing I know for ceetain: These fellas better have some amazing, quality, service because their local competition for oil changes (Walmart and Midus, probably more) have a way better price for oil change. (Walmart 55 Midus 40 for synthetic). They seemed nice, greeted me at the door after a couple of seconds.

I was in need of an oil change & was searching for one near me in an area I'm unfamiliar with. I read the reviews & thought I would try them out. It was 5:22 when I got there & knew they closed at 6:00. I asked if it was too late to be assisted or if I needed an appointment. The guys said they could help me no problem. Their service & helpfulness was better than the competition. They didn't push me into buying air or cabin filters or getting a coolant flush. They filled my windshield washer fluid & washed my windows. They aired up my tires & even helped me set the maintenance messaging on my car so I could get an alert for my next oil change. The only issue that I have is there isn't a location near me. However if they are great like this, I'll gladly make the drive.

Took my vehicle to Oil Change Express #6 to have them change my oil with Royal Purple! Jay & Stevie were awesome and not only did they do a great job changing my oil, but their customer service was above par! Prior to taking it here, all the other local oil change places have either left my splash guards unfastened or stripped my drain bolt. Jay & Stevie helped remove one of those bolts and replaced it with a new one. They also made sure that my splash guards were refastened and everything was tiddy and neat once they completed the job! Jay and Stevie really did provide great customer service and this will be my go to oil change place as long as they are there! These guys deserve a raise and some praise for treating their customers the way they do. Oil Change Express #6 is the spot to go if you want a good reliable oil change without them messing up your hardware and treating your vehicle as if it's their own.

came here for an "oil change" a few months ago. it was my first time doing it so i didn't know to speak up at the time but after seeing a proper oil change i feel the need to make a review about the scum that told me they were giving me an "oil change" but took advantage of the fact i didn't know any better and simply just put oil in my car. they didn't actually drain it and properly do it whatsoever. i could've just put the oil in my car myself but obviously, i went in for an oil change which they did not do. please avoid this place. there's nothing good that can come from people willing to con people out of their hard earned money.
