I find Tom and his staff to provide excellent and prompt service as well as extremely fair from a pricing perspective. Not only to me and my fiancé, but Tom has been so kind to my 92 year old mother treating her respectfully when getting her oil changed as well as going above and beyond with service/repair on brakes as well as other items. He never attempts to upsell you anything as other oil change providers do where he offers honest feedback for one to consider.I go to this location anytime I need an oil change, state & emissions inspection or other services on my car.

I have given this place business for many years. No more. Zero stars. They have gone down hill over the past two years with: service, attention to detail, common courtesy, and taking advantage of ladies in my family trying to get a fair price for oil changes. They no longer check everything they say they are checking (air filter, transmission fluid etc) and the last time we went they were visibly annoyed that someone showed up 20 minutes before closing at 6 pm. Customer service is horrible. There are other options that we will find for oil changes in the North Hills.

My mom brought her car here for an oil change and now went somewhere else to get next oil change done and they found an oil leak and bent drain plug so this Pennzoil place will mess up on your car and not be honest now my mom has to pay out of pocket to get it fixed because this place sucks at their job and over tightens drain plugs.

Friend was charged $20 more for an oil change than if it were taken to a dealership. One would think perhaps you’re charged more because of the “10 minute” oil change. The problem with that logic is it took 45 minutes, and the vehicle was taken in right away because they weren’t busy. Never again

Let me share the entirety of my experience. I walk in and say "Howdy." Dude then says "Hello." I said "How long am I looking at for an oil change?" Dude says seemingly annoyed, "Dunno, I'm working on that car first." He then walks right out.... and so did I. Unbelievable. I'm not one to complain about businesses, much less post a public review but this was possibly the worst customer service I've ever seen.

Worst oil change ever, all 3 employees were in and out of my vehicle for what reason I don’t know. When the second person to drive my vehicle pulls it out he can’t get it to stay still cause it’s a stick shift.

I scheduled an appointment to have an emission's test done. When I brought it in on the day of, I waited at the desk for 10 minutes until an employee finally came through the door to help me. When I told him what I was there for, he looked at the schedule and could not find any record of my appointment. He then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't fit it in and tried to schedule another one for 2 weeks later. This issue also happened the year before when I scheduled an emission's test with them. They could not find any record of it, but they did end up doing it that day. Overall, I've had a very poor experience with this location. The staff do not seem to care. I would recommend avoiding this place and going to another garage instead.

Says the open at 8 am. Got here at 805 am and no one was here except a lot of people trying to get in. When a worked showed up at 813 he said they don’t open for 20 more minutes. Now because of this my daughter missed the bus, I’m late for work, and my toddler has been screaming in the car for almost a half an hour. Extremely unprofessional. If I had known their hours, I could have planned accordingly.

I’d avoid going to this place in favor of the other Pennzoil in Cranberry Township. The atmosphere was disorganized and unprepared. They didn’t have the filter in stock for my (relatively common) car, and seemed unprepared to deal with a Diesel engine. This wouldn’t have been the end of the world, however, the entire experience was made worse when I heard one of the technicians call my car a “piece of s*** Volkswagen.” Come on, do better. Save your time and head to the dealership, it’s basically the same price.
