Pima was awesome. You always see mixed reviews for any business, and can never be certain.. my experience was great. They were super respectful over the phone and accommodated me towing it in. When I arrived multiple technicians came out to talk to me and started asking what I thought the issue was. I was stumped on the electrical problems with my 98 Lexus but was immediately reassured. The techs had ideas of what it could be and put my mind at ease. They got to work quickly, I was super impressed. Jason and Andrew are great techs, and the owner was super friendly. A few days later the problem was fixed and the car runs great. Fair pricing and great communication. Definitely who we are coming back to for any family car issues.

It only took a few hours for Pima Auto to change my Cadillac converter. My old mechanic would have taken 2-3 days according to what I was told. They called me and said it was shorter than the original so they welded another piece of exhaust pipe and still completed the job in less time than where I used to go. I will continue to take my car to Pima Automotive. Thanks to the whole staff

Absolutely the best mechanics here in Tucson, or that I've dealt with myself even in other states. Very respectful, honest businessmen who care for the betterment of their customers. Great, efficient, utmost quality work, and pure hearts. Love this place. Ryan and his team are the best.

Awesome. My 1986 Alfa Romeo has been in need of a new clutch as well as body work. One shop that had previously serviced the car declined the opportunity to repair the work. He said: "too much trouble the last time". Jeez. What I heard was: "I'm not a good enough technician to attempt this". I had had two cars repaired there. What a way to lose a customer. So I found Pima Automotive West. They could not have been more accommodating. Additionally, I asked about a bumper repair that had been damaged due to a tire blowout. One local body shop had accepted the job and then, 2 months later, changed their mind. The second said they'd quote me. I'm still waiting. Pima installed a new clutch AND did a superb job on the bumper. I can't even tell that body work was done since it looks brand new. Needless to say, this company has my future business. Kudos!

The people there are all super kind and really do care about you as a client! I would super recommend them to anyone needing service on their vehicles :) I went in for an oil change and was in and out in like 30 minutes, if that!
