The customer service, honesty and speed at Pima Automotive were fantastic. I'm one of those people who hate going to the mechanic for any issue because I never saw the value when I could do it myself and have been talked down to when I went elsewhere. That was not my experience here at all. I'm a happy customer.

These guys are sooo good! I showed up, unexpectedly, in need of tire repair, they fit me in to an already busy day, were so professional and attentive to what I needed. Inexpensive and immediate help for me! Will definitely be going back for future auto needs! Great bunch of people 😊

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I own my own shop in Boston, but my daughter is in Arizona, where I can't fit the car. I found Pima Automotive, and let me tell you right now, Vinny and Bob are the best. I'm 2500 miles away, and it's hard when I can't be there for my daughter. Not only did they fix our car in one day, but they also offered her rides back and forth to her apartment. Thank you very much, Vinny and Bob, for the great work and customer service. You now have a new customer. Tell me my daughter leaves Arizona. Thank you again - Happy Dad!

made a horrible mistake and put too much oil in my vehicle, came onto the lot smoking and shaking and just generally terrified out of my mind. Vinny was very kind and fit me into their already busy end of day for my emergency, and Geoffrey showed me not only what i had done wrong but showed me how to prevent my mistake in the future. i am very lucky my mistake wasn't catastrophic and that i was able to drive away, and i owe it completely to this wonderful team. thank you for being kind to a very worried women, i left with peace of mind and a very grateful heart. (not to mention their prices are incredibly reasonable, i will most certainly return here for all of my vehicle needs)

Guys there are awesome!! Great customer service 💯, took my car in to get an oil change and found out that my car needed some extremely dangerous repairs, was showed to me before any pricing and helped me get the financing that was much needed to get the repairs done. All repairs that needed to be done were done within the same day and within a timely matter. Shuttled me home and picked me back up....I highly recommend their services.... will be my place to go for future repairs... Great customer service etiquette all the way around!!!

I got an oil change for my f150 back in May and just recently the oil cap exploded off. I took it to my mechanic, oil all over under the hood, and he said whoever did the oil change put too much oil in. I let pima automotive know and they gave excuses. I recommend this place if you want to pay for them to mess up your vehicle and try to upsell you on other unnecessary repairs. Hope those repairs don't blow up too Edit: Just giving an honest review buddy. I think there's other things going on with your business mr oh come on

My phone is currently out of service and I just got this new job, and forgot to call my new manager right back until I got up and moving... the gentleman working reception allowed me, ever so graciously, to use their phone to make that call. They thought it was for an interview at first and even wished me luck! I'm so grateful they helped make it happen here. I wasn't made to feel like a bother at all. Their waiting area is pretty cozy, too!

A clueless old Lady’s nightmare . Watched it as I sat in the shop. Last year I had a small part replaced for 80$. I ended up going back 8 months later to have the same part replaced and the guy said. 168$, I said it was 80 8 months ago and he said ok 80$. How crooked is that. Part takes 20 mins to replace. Why try to charge me as much as you possibly can when 80 clearly cover the labor cost and a profit. The old lady I was sitting next to went in for an oil change and they came back with a list a mile long of things they told her were catastrophicly damaged that she needed to replace and told her it would be like 1900$. Crooks . They shouldn’t be trying to charge people as much as they possibly can until someone calls them out in being unfair. Imagine how they take advantage of people who wouldn’t know if they were getting totally screwed or not.

EDIT: below this is the original review. I have to update it due to a major safety issue they caused during the repairs. They replaced the passenger side lower control arm. I just looked underneath my car because it's started making a metal clunking noise and here's what I found: of the three nuts and bolts that are supposed to hold the control arm securely only one complete nut and bolt assembly is there, one nut and bolt assembly is completely missing, and one bolt is missing the nut. These things don't just rattle out or come apart and fall out so there's obvious neglect on Pima Automotive's part here. Either the nuts and bolts weren't reinstalled or they weren't properly torqued. HUGE SAFETY ISSUE, I CAN NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR NEEDS. I understand mistakes happen but some mistakes can't be kept between a business and the customer. The public needs to be aware of this. I will update if they offer a suitable resolution. Original review: I knew my car was going to need more than what I brought it there for but they handled it with professionalism and called me before doing any extra repairs, also updating me on the new invoice total. I was able to drop it off when I had just stopped in to see when they'd have time to install the new parts I'd bought and I had it back after 3 days due to all the additional issues discovered while they were disassembling the front end. I'd definitely return there for more repairs.

Great customer service, they make you feel in good hands. Vinny was very helpful and patient with me, as I don't know much about repairing a vehicle. He was very patient and was helpful. Would recommend this shop with anything as they follow through and are trustworthy. 5 stars

HORRIBILE!!! I wish I could rate it lower than 1 star. They overcharge for the most basic of services. They even nickel and dime you on top of that. I would never go there again. BEWARE!!!

5 Stars all day long! These guys are FREAKING awesome! As a single mom, most places try to take advantage of you, these guys did the absolute opposite, told me and showed me what needed to be fixed for safety and what could wait(as I was too broke to afford it)!! They are really amazing team here, I will forever be a customer now! Would recommend to ANYONE! Thank you Pima Automotive! SEE YA SOON!

A tire patch is $35 but randomly they have 8.99 oil changes lol silly marketing strategy. Just the tire patch makes up for all the product you’re giving away with your 899 oil change

I cannot say enough good things about Dan at Pima Automotive. I called for a broken window switch and a window that was stuck in the down position (thus exposing my car and stuff to the elements and making it easy to steal since I don’t have a garage!). On Thanksgiving Eve well after hours, Dan was willing to come in and troubleshoot the problem, got my window back up, and advised that the window regulator may also be a future issue to deal with as it was pretty sluggish to respond. But now I have plenty of time to solve that because the window is back up and I’m off to my Thanksgiving plans without much delay at all. Thank you so much and have a happy Thanksgiving!!

I had an accident with my car during the night and Daniel was the only one who was willing to help me. The next day, very early, he got to work so that I could continue my roadtrip. In addition to his help, I want to thank him for his patience, explaining to me everything that was needed to be done to the car, and explaining carefully the problem. All this with a very friendly and kind attitude. I really appreciate it, my experience was 10/10 with Daniel

It is hard to find a good neighborhood mechanic these days and Pima Auto is a gem. They treat their customers like they live next door and deliver professional, courteous service at a fair price. I've driven by the shop on the corner of Pima and Swan for many years but only recently became a customer. Very pleased.

Pima Automotive is earning my approval. Prices are fair and the mechanics are very informative and honest. 2001 BMW. Various work on suspension to cooling system. James works on my car and does a very good job communicating and takes his time when necessary to get it done right. No complaints so far! Will be returning for sure! Love the indie shops with skilled mechanics. Thank you Pima!

Vinny and the whole staff were wonderful really friendly and helpful, got my car in right away for an oil change (amazing price!) and front brake pads and rotors. He also gave me an option for fixing an ongoing issue that would cost WAY less. I spent a little more than i expected(Filters were pricier than i thought), but the staff is really great! Hopefully my car will be too!

Came to get my car looked at and on the way got a flat. Pulled in and they ushered me into parking spot, listened to my story, got my car on the rack for inspection. Vinny took me into shop showed me everything they found. Put a used tire on and I was done in about an hour. Vinny, James and Charles really appreciate your professionalism!
