Excellent service the ladies in the front office definitely know their stuff. The owners should feel very lucky to have such a caring, communicative and intelligent staff. The workmanship was top-notch.

The paint work was great, the only issues we had was they did not perform all the work that was on the estimate and they forgot to order a part, we still don't have the part and will have to write this one off and come out of pocket.

I had my car repaired twice over here! The service and staff are awesome. I even had a back window that wasn’t working that I never realized since I had it repaired, and I brought it back and told them and they hooked it right up

My wife was in an accident an our insurance company sent us to Pikes for our body repair. From the appraisal to completion of the required body work Pikes was first class. The office staff was attentive and kept us informed at every turn of the process. When we picked the car up it was like the day it was purchased they washed it as well as cleaning the interior of the vehicle. The workmanship was above reproach and you would never know there had been any issues. If your on the fence about using Pikes our experience was excellent.

Disappointed with the disinterested attitude of estimator. Left several messages that were never returned. After nearly three weeks. They decided it would be 4 months to paint and replace a bumper. While I cannot comment on the actual workmanship, the lack of service and communication was enough to keep me away.

Excellent service.. Excellent work. My car was finished at the set time I was giving and they also texted me daily to let me know the progress.**BONUS** They even cleaned the inside of my car which my children had a mess in the back.. Experience at location was horrible. There was no communication throughout the process and being a vendor of USAA and there was just unprofessionalism from both companies. BOTH PIKES AND USAA ARE HORRIBLE

Having to make repairs to a car is something no one likes to do but Pike's repair makes the process easy for the client. Had to schedule out to next month but now waiting for the repairs to be made. Will see.

I have lived all over the U.S. and by far this shop is lightyears ahead of any auto repair shop I have ever used. Consummate professionals, clean shop,extremely high technical competence, only use OEM parts, courteous and professional. If you are within 50 miles, this should be your 1st choice for professional auto body repairs. No I am in no way affiliated with this shop, just a supremely satisfied customer.

Pike's did a great job with my car. My car was hit in a parking lot and the people decided to keep going. My passenger side was messed up and my special rims were scratched and gouged all up. I was so upset. My car is barely a year old. They were able to make it look new again.

Someone keyed my truck on both sides, I didn't waste anytime with getting it fixed through the insurance. I take pride in having a nice vehicle, I saw pikes as an option since I live in the area. I wasn't sure about it at first without looking at any reviews or anything. I must say I was very impressed how professional and curtious they are. I was leaving the truck and I don't like depending on anyone to give me a ride but they had the rental company dialed for me within a matter of minutes. When I got the truck back everything looks immaculate. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you

Very happy with Pike's. The damage to my car was pretty minimal (a minor rear-end collision), but they did a great job repairing it quickly, and gave me my car back looking not only better than it did when I brought it in (obviously) but better than it did before the wreck. I also appreciated the periodic phone calls updating me on the status.
