I got an oil change & front rotors replaced in June of 2024, & the second I drove off I could tell something wasn’t right. My car was hesitating to go & it was making an awfully loud noise. To my surprise the ac compressor had fallen off and was wedged in the engine. Because of this my car was down until I could get that replaced. Also, the bolts to my tire were put on dangerously loose, it took nothing to get them off. My oil filter was put on way too tight that a pipe wrench had to be used to get it off on my next oil change at home. Drain plug was also way too tight, they must have used an impact driver on it. When I messaged the owner immediately after this happened about a quote for a new ac compressor (before I knew what was wrong with everything else), I never hear back from him. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Got here in the nick of time. Close to 3. They were very friendly and courteous and fast. Everything done in 1 day. Felt like it didn't even take an hour for them to fix my car (valve gasket (?) Will 100% come back 'n next time with icecream. 🤣

During my previous oil change, the Jiffy Lube techs neglected to properly screw in my mud flaps, and they came loose on I-10. I limped the car over to PigTails, and Brandon dropped what he was doing to lend me a hand. His shop is full of cars that other mechanics have screwed up. Lesson learned: just go to PigTails from the beginning. Brandon does careful work and will do the job right the first time.

If you ever need great quality service, go to pigtails! My alternator went out on Friday. Within a couple of hours, these guys had my van back up and running like new. They even had a cute puppy to play with while I waited. I couldn’t recommend them more. Truly life savers and they didn’t break the bank.

Spoke to a guy there name was Robert about a starter issue on my 2015 Honda Accord yesterday afternoon. Dropped it off and it was literally fixed (starter replacement) and back to me today. Price and service was great. I'll be taking my vehicles there.

These guys are AWESOME and super friendly too! We were driving back home to New York in our motorhome and realized we had a battery cable that kept losing contact because of a stripped screw on the battery cable. We tried everything to fix it but these guys saved the day. We pulled in and they stopped what they were doing to help us….fixed the problem in minutes and we were on our way! Thank you!

My car‘s low beams, both sides, kept burning out. I would buy new bulbs at local auto stores only to have them burn out again soon after. I went to Pigtails and they saw that I needed an electrical connector part… 😱very simple fix (for them!) Now both my lights shine bright and I can drive safely at night. ( no one eyed car driving around at night!) They also tested my alternator and said it was good. Everyone friendly. I will go back again when I need work done on my car. Thank you Pig Tails! I’m on the road again🎶🎶

My tire blew coming from work drove on the rime a few miles until I came upon this auto body shop these guys really came thru for me and a time of need. And only charge me half the price thank you guys for being so helpful..much appreciated 👍

On the way from St. Pete FL to Charleston SC, we realized that Take 5 back home either broke or forgot to screw back on the clips for the shield that protects your car from rocks and allows better airflow and it started dragging pretty bad after we hit I10. Luckily for us, we found PigTails nearby. We were in and out within 15 minutes. Robert and Brandon are a godsend! Highly recommend!!! ⭐️

Out of the blue my husband's 1990 Ford F-150 would turn over, but wouldn't start when the engine was cold. We really depend on his truck so he took it to a mechanic who, after having it an entire month couldn't find the problem. Someone recommended that he call Pigtails and speak to Robert. We are both so glad we took that advice. Robert assured us that he would find the problem and repair it. He was true to his word. My husband's truck is now running fine! Not only that, Pigtails kept us up to date throughout the process and worked within our budget as much as possible...unheard of nowadays! Needless to say, in the future Pigtails is the only auto shop we will use. They are honest, trustworthy, and stellar mechanics. Highly recommend Pigtails to anyone looking for an extremely knowledgeable and dependable auto repair shop.

My daughter and 6 month old granddaughter were traveling alone and started having tire trouble. She knew she would not be able to go much farther and wasn't familiar with the area so she googled the nearest repair shop. Thank God Pig Tails came up! Thankfully she wasn't far away and was able to make it there. He went out of his way to help her. Her tire was not repairable so he found a tire and put it on the car for less than you would normally pay for just labor. She was back on the road in no time. What could have turned out to be disastrous actually turned into a blessing. He was very kind and caring. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that wants an honest, trustworthy business to do their work.
