I have been going to Pierce Family Automotive for several years for all of the work on my VW TDI's. There are many places that are much closer and would be more convenient, but they do OUTSTANDING work and are EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE about all things VW/Audi TDI. Pierce Automotive is THE best business I have experienced in my many years as a Denton resident. From customer service from the owners to transparency about my vehicle service needs, they're some of the kindest people I could ever imagine. They helped my family in ways that weren't asked of them, but they offered to us. I couldn't imagine a better experience with a business.

I have been fighting with a check engine light on my Passat for a while now. Had other mechanics look at it and make repairs that ultimately didn’t fix it. Took it to Pierce Family Automotive because I heard Robert was a VW guru. Turns out he 1000% is. His shop was able to diagnose and fix my car quickly, the price extremely affordable and fair, and knock on wood my CEL seems to be fixed for good! Thank you to the techs at PFA and to Kendall for keeping me in the loop the entire time, explaining what they were seeing and why they were recommending what repairs were needed. Hopefully I wont have any thing else pop up but if I do, it’s a no brainer where to take it.

Honest and trustworthy! I would recommended anyone to these people to get their vehicle fixed! Also, I might add that a lot of times people try to highball a woman. Not these guys. They also have the sweetest shop cat, and everyone who works there is respectful! They love Jesus and their coffee selection is really good. lol I think we named the cat Thomas today but you’ll have to inquire within. :)

Pierce FA provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Took my vehicle in within minutes of arriving and the oil change was complete in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

Took my 2005 Honda Civic in to fix a wiring/lighting issue, and the service was great. Staff took great care of me, Steven was great, walked me through what was going on, and made me feel very welcome. Very fair prices, great staff, great service. Would recommend!

The Pierce Family Automotive team was able To help when my check engine light came on not only did they get me in right away and order the part to fix my issue same day but they were also extremely professional and kind to myself and everyone who came through the door on a busy Friday. I will be back for any future work needed on my Honda Accord.

I bought an old truck that had been mainly sitting for a long time. It was dangerous to drive it was so bouncy and would shake at 55 mph. It wasn’t a cheap repair but it needed a lot to be safe to drive. They did a great job. It was repaired quickly especially considering everything it needed. Drives perfectly now. Highly recommend!

I had been having issues with another mechanic I had been using, and a friend recommended I try out Pierce Family, and I’m glad they did. Pierce was very helpful, they took my appointment fast, and were able to not only explain what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand, but were also able to get it finished the day of. I’m aware most mechanics do this, but Pierce is on another level. They were also incredibly hospitable, and have a very comfortable waiting room. Amazing people, and equally amazing car work. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for repaired. They’re work is worth every penny.

Very helpful in explaining what all needed to be repaired and why. Understanding with cost, and gave options for how to accomplish all the repairs that were needed on the car in manageable steps and purchasing prices.

Quick quotes and service. They were very honest I brought my truck in for 2 services I knew I need and asked them to check if I needed brakes and a tune up as well. They gave me their honest review that I did not need them serviced at this time. Their prices were very reasonable and they serviced my vehicle quickly. They even were kind enough to fill my washer fluid that was low and had a censor on that I hadn't gotten around to filling yet. I would highly recommend this shop and they have thoroughly impressed me in a time of shady overpriced repair shops everywhere this is one you can trust!

This is my go-to shop for car repairs. and I'm glad I go there, because I went in thinking all I needed was my axle boot changed, but they were observant enough to find that my back brakes were failing. I wondered what the noise was 😅. Affordably priced too, so I was able to get all of it fixed. 🙌 the car rides sooo much smoother now and I feel much safer. thanks for another job well done, Pierce Family Auto!
