Hi everyone, I needed to change a wheel on my trailer. I called and they said there was no line, and they would do it quickly. I ended up waiting for an hour and a half and left without anyone even starting to work on it, even though I was waiting inside the whole time.🤬🤬🤬 The worst service ever.

Waiting to have a tire changed took an hour in line. After driving into the garage, we waited another hour because of lunch. Eventually, we decided to leave and eat the food we brought with us instead of eating there. In total, we spent two hours just waiting, so I left.

I came in needing a steer tire for my 18 wheeler. Spoke with the white guy with that big bald spot in the top of his head and he tried to sell me a tire for $800. I declined and advised him that I had 7 new tires in my garage and that I just needed to get home to Raleigh to have it put on the truck. I was advised by my personal tire guy that it would be ok to put the spare that was housed under my trailer on the tractor just to get home to the tires that were already there. He advised that it would be safe. This big whit mean with the bald spot starts yelling to the tire technicians to PUT the WRONG SIZE TIRE ON THERE!! Multiple times!!!! Never the less, I WILL NOT BE BACK!

Got all 8 trailer tires. They charge me $4000 and left the valve loose didn’t tighten them at all we found out the problem spoke to the shop took the trailer back to have it fixed and they try to sell us even more stuff and and DID NOT FIX anything ended up taking it to a different shop and the valve were literally hand tight had to spend more money elsewhere to get all the valve tightened up and they are not willing to admit their fault. The only reason I got saved because I have auto inflator. Otherwise I would’ve been stranded and could mess up the tire that I had just paid $4000 for because they left all the valve loose. Just because they were lazy. Worst service ever. Never Giving them my business ever again I would not recommend this shop to anybody. I have video proof if someone needs it more than welcome to ask for it I will forward it no problem.

This business is amazing. I was down on my luck, needing two new tires on my car. The staff quickly got my desperation case into the shop and came up with a solution that I could afford. This company has earned my business in the future, with employees who really care about customers.

We needed 4 new RV tires due to a flat and Piedmont got us in right away, changed all 4 tires, and checked our air pressure on our truck in addition. They were helpful, fast and no nonsense!

Thats the last time ill ever take any vehicle i own or my company truck to this circus. I wouldn't take my bicycle to this absolute dump hole to get a tire changed ! Terrible customer service! an terrible workmanship! I can't wait to see this place hit Rock Bottom.

I had an appointment 5/7/22for alighnment and 2 steer tires to do, since they didn't do it the first day, I had to wait the next day at 15:00, the service advisor called me to say that the job was done, my old tires were not there. I insisted that they returned the tires to me. Aviser Rajan told me to come today and he will find the tires. However, I didn't find him or the tires. The service manager was rude and aggressive towards me afterwards. To conclude, they stole my tires.

Living in a motorhome is hard enough without mishaps to the coach… I had three broken wheel studs and spent the day before looking for someone to do the repair…this morning I contacted Joe here at the Greensboro shop about the repair and he said” bring her in we can take care of it today! I was amazed at the courtesy and friendliness of everyone at the shop! Not something you find a large shop such as this! They were having a bbq for lunch and asked me if I’d like to eat a as well! OMG! I can’t say enough about this shop! If you have a motorhome and need some tires or a repair don’t hesitate to call Piedmont Truck and Tire Service, they are the BEST,

Had a tire blow out on our camper on Thursday 10-7-2021. Contacted Piedmont Truck Tires. Chris was very professional and assisted us in the tire replacement. In and out in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend with the 5 star rating.

I had a 12:00 appointment for 3axle alignment. Finally started at 1:30. When they were figuring my bill the service guy comes in and says to add another .5 hours labor because my truck is old.
