My car was rear ended. Through the entire repair process, George went above and beyond to help me figure out the rental car, deal with the insurance, the extra cost, and the repair. He was always available every time I called him and answered my concerns to my satisfaction. He shared repair photos and followed up with me along the way. George is knowledgeable, honest, compassionate, and very friendly. Even with all OEM parts, my out of pocket pay is still reasonable. The repair is good quality. Excellent paint. The installation seems generally good too. I recommend them highly.

PHX Collision was an absolute lifesaver! After badging out of the employee parking lot at midnight on Friday night. My window would not go back up. It was 50° and I had a 30 minute drive home. When I looked up auto body shops Saturday morning. PHX Collision was only one I found open later than 12 noon. It was almost 11am. I would have been without a window until the following Monday. I called the owner. Explained my situation. He empathized with me and asked me if I could be there in 30 minutes. When I arrived. The owner George and Jasper immediately went to work to diagnose the issue. Once they realize that it was the window regulator. And the window was locked in the down position. The owner turned his attention towards finding me a new one as soon as possible. He called around until he located one across town. He was told nothing could be done until Monday. My part was to drive across town. And pick up the part. It had gotten too late in the day for a delivery. I made it across town. And returned at 1:10 pm. I was on my way home at 1:50. With a new window regulator. And a warm drive home from work in my future. I cannot thank them enough! He was honest. Shook my hand. And kept his word about all prices and cost. Go to PHX collision. Vartan was great to work with, got us in quick, and did an awesome job fixing a large dent on the tailgate of our Palisade at a reasonable price! It came out good as new!

George is the best! Unfortunately, I had to get a new bumper, but he matched the color perfectly and got me a great price. He was in great communication and accomplished everything in a timely manner. I look forward to going back to him for a fun paint job instead of a fender bender!

Phoenix Auto Collision did a great job repairing my car after an auto accident. They worked well with the other party’s insurance and repaired the car in a timely manner. i did have to bring it back due to a small patch of overspray on the bumper, but they fixed it right away. Overall they did a great job. I’m very happy with how my car looks. I highly recommend Phoenix Auto Collision.

I have nothing but the best things to say about this shop. They took care of me on 4 separate occasions. The owner is always friendly and accommodating. He was able to squeeze me in his busy schedule and did a great job paining my bumpers. I will for sure use his business again whenever I need anything done.

I highly recommend Phx Auto Collision. George is very personable and professional. He gave me a quick estimate and actually recommended NOT to go for the cheapest price when looking for auto body repair. His prices were great and with all his great reviews I handed over my car. After driving back from Los Angeles a peace of tire from a semi hit our car and damage the front driverside bumper on our 2014 Toyota Camry. I called PHX Auto Collision and they were able to get me in quickly and repair not only the front bumper but the back bumper too. The paint was matched and the car look new. George is the most professional, personable and delightful auto care business owner I've ever met in decades of several car, truck and van services I've used. I brought my 2011 Chevy Express 3500 High Top Conversion Van in for some body and paint repair. I didn't think it could look as good as it did when George was done with it. It literally looks brand new. George was great at explaining all that needed to be done and why. I knew it was important to find a certified paint technician for a quality, long-lasting paint job and I'm so glad that George was recommended to me. I took a bunch of his business cards to hand out.

George is so personable and amazing at what he does! I was scammed a few days ago (some guys claiming to do mobile auto-body repair) They spray painted my car and got white access paint all over my black bumper etc. George’s fiancé, Mariam saw my post about it on social media and referred me to this amazing company. He worked so diligently and scrubbed it off. Carefully taped it all down in order to do a clean spray etc. He spent over an hour and a half of his time and energy to fix this for me, and wouldn’t take any money in return. He understands how it feels to be taken advantage of, and wanted to help out. That right there is amazing customer service. I will be referring anyone and everyone to George for auto-body work. He’s knowledgeable, personable, honest, and a hard worker.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with George and the team at Phx Auto Collision. My truck needed body work / paint and George’s price was way better than anyone else, he had it fixed faster than anticipated, AND the work was top notch. He also communicates through the process. Phx Auto Collision is an outstanding company in all ways; service, repairs, professionalism, and integrity. We would highly recommend this company helmed by the very competent George and his team. My husband was hit by another car on his way home from work at the end of July. We waited several hours for a tow truck to come, but it kept getting delayed. The next day another company was called and they responded promptly. They towed our undriveable car to Phx Auto Collision. After calling other companies our insurance carrier suggested and not able to get seen until late September or October, we then requested Phx Auto Collision do the repairs. We now have our car back and we are completely satisfied by all aspects of the experience with Phx Auto Collision. George politely and respectfully kept us apprised of the repairs every step of the way. He took care of us like we were cherished family. Much appreciation and thanks!!!
