Always a daunting task to find a new trustworthy mechanic, but after carefully reading many reviews I decided to try Phoenix Autoworks. Jim was easy to talk to, communicated all the details up front and honestly, and got my car through emissions. Very happy, and will definitely return when needed!

The guys over at Phoenix AutoWorks are top notch! My family and have I have taken our work and all of our personal vehicles here since what feels like forever now! They have always come through, on price and time, there has never been an issue and they have kept our cars running, maintained and safe! Five stars for sure!

Got my exhaust installed here and they were quick. I accidentally gave the wrong phone number but Jim was nice about it! The reviews really do speak for themselves.

I have a 1989 Ford Bronco. I had the engine replace and many of other repairs, catalytic converters, new exhaust system, on and on. After 9 trips to the Emissions Testing I finally was able to get the vehicle smoged thanks to Phoenix Autoworks. They were able to identify the issues that were not done properly by 2 previous shops. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks Phoenix Autoworks.

Had a check engine light come on for a second time and took it in. Code showed a bad catalytic converter. They were able to find an aftermarket one and that saved me a few hundred dollars. Picked up the car today and so far so good! Thanks

I don’t enjoy getting my truck fixed. But finding this shop has me feeling I will be taken care of in a timely manner. Trust is my number one concern and they have earned my business on more than one occasion.

I took my '06 Armada to Jim's shop, Phoenix Autoworks, after getting a quote from another shop. He was able to beat that quote. During the assessment by his mechanics other issues were discovered and I approved the work. After picking up my vehicle I am able to feel the difference the repairs made. I would recommend his shop to anyone looking for an honest reliable auto repair shop.

Tired of dealer service writers who create work order for nonexistent problems for their bonus. Had a whole list of problems, the half were nothing.. What there was, Jim and the crew straightened out for us cheaper than the dealers quoted. No nonsense straight shooting and straight repairs!! Thanks for the excellent services!! Thx to others who lead us here by your reviews....only fair I give a top notch review as well!!

Top notch facility that is very experienced and will get your vehicle though emissions and also keep in very good touch and update you through the process. I was highly impressed with the knowledge they possess and the efficiency of thier work. I look forward to going back soon to also have a better muffler put on my truck.

Excellent service and testing before necessary parts were replaced. Rates were very reasonable, and Jim kept me informed of test results as repairs were in progress. Staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend Phoenix AUTOWORKS!

Had already done the major troubleshooting, brought in OEM alternator, they made sure that was the problem & did the repair quickly. It’s only been a couple hours since getting vehicle back, but work seems to be done correctly, fair pricing, didn’t try to add problems onto the ticket. Will be back.

Update 11/14/22 - Once again I have received 5 star plus service from James and his team, the only mechanics I trust with my cherished 1995 Crown Victoria. Highly recommended. Another great service from Phoenix Autoworks, good service and fair prices and if you don’t need it they wont sell it to you. Very happy with my recent service.

Walked in the guy was smoking. Definite problem. Then they tried to get 2300 for an inspection that was not needed. (Confirmed by other car shop)The guy could relate to people well and had good people skills, but the don’t have your best interest at this shop.
