Found and repaired oil leaks and replaced timing chain, the service was good, their employees were friendly, and the prices were very fair. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody with a foreign car.

I'm so grateful for this company 🙏🏽 They have worked on my mom's Volvo for YEARSSS. Now that I have it, they've become like 2nd family. ALWAYS trust Jason! He KNOWS what he's talking about about. If he says you can't drive it like that, LISTEN! HE CARES about YOU more than the car! Which is rare! Justin is absolutely amazing. Often times women are taken advantage of when getting services rendered in our vehicles. That IS NOT the case at Phillips! The staff is professional and courteous and their work is impeccable.

Great service. Phillip's auto tech has been doing my car for over 10 + years. I needed a programmed key from the dealer and the dealer said I needed brakes. So I took my car to Phillip's and had them check them out. Well guess what???? Phillip's check it out and i didnt need brakes in fact i have 60% left on them. Thank you Jason and crew you guys are the best!! I will always trust my car to Phillip's Auto Tech Customer for Ever!!

Long wait for an appointment over a month. Only checks out your main complaint, as i was told, without a specific, they dont provide a thorough full inspection as they have too many cars for that. After I made a specific request, they came back with a quote that was 1.5k over another auto shop that provided the same repairs. I actually like the guys in the office, but I feel the mechanics lack focus and price gouge. I may use them again, but only after getting a prior inspection and quote

We took our BWM X5 in for repairs and Justin was excellent. He was knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, and did not over delivery. How satisfied were we? While they worked on the BMW, I bought a car off the lot!! Nicole was a rock star! Can I give Ten Stars? ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been using Philips Auto for over 7 years for the annual maintenance on my Mercedes ML350, and for my 2000 Chevy Silverado Z71. My car's sunroof flooded on Nov 6, 2024 from a heavier than usual rain storm. Most of the electronics for my vehicle are located on the front passenger side under the carpet. WHO KNEW?! The water destroyed the electronics. Jason worked diligently trying to find the parts needed, but learned from Mercedes Benz Germany, that they no longer make the parts needed to repair my vehicle. Therefore, a rainstorm and a never before leaked sunroof caused my car to need to be totaled. Philips Auto did everything humanly possible, but you can only do so much without the parts. Jason, Nicole, Russell, and team are the best! They can do anything a dealership can do for almost half the price! Highly recommended!

I’m not one to write a review immediately after I leave an establishment, but I just wanted to let you know how awful Phillips made me feel. They were cold & impersonal. The young man acted as if I wanted to try to get something for free. I just wanted him to check my tire light since they had rotated the tires I didn’t know if there was a reset button for the sensor. He said he had 150 in the back and I’d have to make an appointment. I will never visit this establishment again. Certain people may have experienced the same thing as I did and I think in this modern day, this is not acceptable.

This was my first time using your Services. I didn’t find it to be any different than other Auto Services except no coffee machine was available for customers. At Check-in I wasn’t asked if I was waiting for my vehicle or if I needed a ride home . After sitting in the wait area I was approached by by the Service person who told me that my car would not be ready until that evening. So I was kindly offered a ride home when I could have already been home a lot earlier. I recommend that First Time Customers be looked at a little differently than your other regular Customers.

Took my 335is to Philips for very rough cold start. Excellent and knowledgeable staff that are very personable! I will forever be going to them. Even though I live 3mins from BMW Dealer. Expert staff!
