Great job, but not sure why they say oil change will take hours. Should be 20 min tops

Excellent service, as usual. over the past 10 years I have always received excellent service at Phil Long Chapel Hills. Easy to schedule, decent pricing, knowledgeable service advisors, and I have never had a long wait. I am VERY HAPPY with this service department!!

Ty Lenahan and his crew at Phil Long Hyundai in Colorado Springs, CO, have repeatedly provided exceptional service for my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. His courteous and professional assistance was true to form once again. My thanks to all.

Very disappointed in the 2022 tucson that I bought. The front brakes and rotors started chattering at 15,000 miles and now again at 34,000 miles. Apparently, Hyundai put out a service bulletin on how to temporarily fix this problem (just resurface rotors and deglaze brakes). But they won't do it again because it's a consumable. Since this was done once, now rotors need to be changed at 34,000 miles, which is unheard of. To top at all off, we got the most expensive model (great headlights, moonroof and color) and yet had the cheapest tires and the cheapest brakes and rotors. Disappointing for a popular brand

TY was a phenomenal service provider with excellent customer service, an empathic and understanding ear, and thorough customer education as to vehicle needs. I greatly appreciate him assisting in prioritizing which needs should be addressed first as I must complete them in stages and phases due to budget constraints. EXTREMELY SATISFIED and I will return for the next phase as soon as budget allows. TY is the epitome of FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. - Tracy Volpe-

God forbid I call and ask for an estimate. The lady who answered was so rude. I’ll take my money somewhere else.

This is my second time of bringing my Sonata in for service and both times the vehicle has been well taken care of. I had a few extra questions about my vehicle that were answered for me.

One hour and forty-five minutes to rotate tires and check a few fluid levels on a plug-in Kona is unexplainable and unacceptable.
