Had my truck serviced there many times so far since getting it and they have always been pretty prompt on fixing it and also helped when the dealership i got it from improperly installed something and worked to get it all fixed. My service rep Is Joe and has been very helpful.

Amazing service. I had been speaking to Lane about the car I wanted to purchase before arriving. When we arrived at the dealership and kind gentleman greeted us at the door and directed us to Lane. Lane had the car prepared for us to look at. He knew all of the specifications on the car, very knowledgeable. The buying process was made very easy by Zach the financial manager. The car was getting a new hood so lane went into the shop to help, very kind of him. They were not able to finish the work before we needed to leave so Lane drove the car to us and dropped it off In our drive way. Of If I ever need to purchase another vehicle it will only be from Phil long ford of chapel hills, and specifically from Lane!

Dyrk was my service tech and he was so kind and easy to work with. He made everything clear, including letting me know that the coolant looked like it needed replacing. I elected to wait on the coolant, and had the service department replace the car’s battery. Dyrk gave me a break on the fee, too! Definitely a good man. I’ll be asking for Dyrk in the future!

I had to have extensive engine work done on my F-150. Alex Rudnick at the Phil Long service department gave me a quote that was $1000 less than a local independent shop. And it turns out they actually replaced more parts than the other shop quoted. They got the work done quicker than the estimate and my truck runs beautifully again. Excellent service and a good price.

Mark was excellent. He was knowledgable and personable. Definitely a huge asset to PLF. i have a 2024 Platinum + and he was able to tell me a few things sbout it I did not know. I will be looking for him next time in.

My car was repaired. The car was not picked up by your dealership as scheduled due to a little snow so my wife had t drive it in for repairs. Then, it took about 2.5 hours to make the repairs. The part cost $340 but I was charged $1006. That’s about $300/hr for labor. Seems excessive to me.
