I guess nobody works here because they don't answer their phones. Once they get your money that's it. I have been trying to call for over a week but no one answers and no one calls back. I guess I'll find a different Ford dealership or just order online.

Took my truck in for a recall from Ford. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also bought some parts while I was there. The dealership itself is remodeling, so there was construction going on, but it wasn't inconvenient in any way.

Charged $225 for them to tell me what I already told them. That's an extremely high diagnostic fee considering I told them whats wrong already. Then almost half the price of the vehicle to fix.

We have bought 3 cars from Phil Long Ford. Each and every single time they went above and beyond including making things right when our one cars had a problem post sale. My sales rep John V did a phenomenal job every time. He was super communicative through the whole process and patient when I kept changing my mind. I highly encourage you go see John V for your car sales needs

5 times I went in for maintenance warranty, and the " mechanics" stripped the anchors on my splash shield. So, within 2-3 days I had to go in AGAIN to have the splash shield put back on. I had a service advisor Mike Alberty finally be the only one in the whole department ( including the manager) who listened and bought new anchors and told them to hand tighten the bolts. That time lasted 6,000 miles. Last oil change, within 15 miles, the splash shield had 1 bolt left in it, and my splash shield for the transmission is GONE. I've called 3 times, but haven't heard back in the last month and a half. I would not trust Phil long "mechanics", or their jay cimino ads about customer service being anything but false advertisements.

Came in for an oil change with no appointment. Got me right in and done around 45 minutes later. They have it down on being efficient and hiring professional people....great job!

Appointment at 8:00am. Arrived at 7:50. Had to take the car at 9:20am and leave without the oil change done because they were so far behind already (>1.5 hours). Plus, I feel sorry for the owner of a vehicle in the bay that two "technicians" were working on when we walked through to get my key. They were working some chemistry by mixing two different oil weights to come up with a new one. The comment was "by the time we're done, it will be mostly rotella." This is what gives dealerships a bad name.

I had an appointment at 10:30am for a diagnostic. After not hearing anything all day, I called for an update on my vehicle at 4:00pm and was told they haven’t looked at it yet. Was told maybe later today or tomorrow they will get a chance to look at it. The service department doesn’t not value the customers time at all. If you can, take your car elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

I’m a collision center that orders lots of parts and have these guys a shot and ordered some door handles and mirror caps I was told that one of the handles was on back order and would be in is what I was told and 2 weeks went by and I called them today and they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about and never took the order and now I have no parts and have an angry customer now thanks to Ford of chappel hills.if they weren’t going to order them why didn’t they just say so lol.take your business elsewhere so you don’t look like an idiot to your customer because of Ford of chapel hills

My boyfriend went to get his tires checked and oil changed before we drove from Denver to Texas for Christmas. His tire was looking flat as we drove through Colorado Springs, so we stopped in a hurry at Quicklane. We explained our situation to Darren Myers and he immediately helped us, filled the tire with air and did a quick check in 10 minutes. Their customer service is excellent.

3 plus hours for routine maintenance. Garage door was open and I saw 3 employees huddled together/talking/laughing/didn’t seem to be in a hurry at all. I’m convinced all auto repair shops attached to any dealership is slow no matter time or day. Stop using these dealership repair shops if possible if you value your time.

Service Advisor Gabriel King was swift with helping me with my tailgate not locking. Hour and a half later the actuator was swapped and my tailgate is locking, just in time for my ski trip this weekend. Took me all day to find a shop available to do this insurance claim quickly, and they really came through.

Had a good customer experience with phil long Quick Lane. Had some warranty work done. Only complaint is the time it takes ford to approve any work. A 4 hour job turned into a week due to getting parts and approval. The techs and staff were helpful and they have a text system so you can get updates on the work.

I bought a used car from Value car in April of 2018. The purchase came with 2 "complimentary" oil changes. I got the first one around the first of this year due to the low miles I put on the vehicle. They stripped the oil plug, but fixed it quickly. I went in today to get the second one and was told that my "complimentary" oil change had expired. No where on the coupon was an expiration date, not even a disclaimer that said valid 1 year blah blah blah. I can't blame the service adviser, but I do blame the company for their horrible business practices. I am sure I paid for these oil changes in my original purchase price, they just took $40 (the price of an oil change) from me.
